Dark Paladin |
Thursday
A card that has Different Dimension in its name
usually involves removing something from play, and
Different Dimension Ground does...during the turn
said card is activated, any monster sent to the
Graveyard is removed from play instead.
Not much to say here. It could be used
offensively for your own monsters if your strategy
happens to be big on removing things, and you can
use it on your opponent, although it would be
reasonably easy to play around.
Ratings:
Traditional: 1.5/5
Advanced: 2.5/5
Art: 5/5 That looks like DD Warrior Lady
thwacking Caius, but I don't see her sword.

The
Crowing |
Apparently its Normal Trap week. Anyway DDG gives
you a dimension fissure for one turn. Whenever you
activate this any monster sent to the grave is rfg'd.
TBH, I dont see the point of this card, since a
monster being sent to the grave isnt a chainable
action you cant destroy a monster and chain this.
You would have to activate this, THEN start sending
monsters to the grave, or rather the RFG zone.
Just run Dimension Fissure, or if you want this
in a trap, Macro Cosmos.
1/5 Both Formats
Art- They overuse D.D Warrior Lady in these types of
cards, here we have yet another picture of her
sending Dark Lucius to the Different Dimension.

Assailant
The
Legion |
Assailant here with your card of the day. Today's
card is Different Dimensional Ground, a card that
screams in a loud obnoxious voice, “SIDE DECK
TECH!!!” For those who didn't get the memo, this
card is an amazing choice for your side deck. Its
effect is simple and easy to understand; when it is
activated, any card sent to the graveyard for the
rest of the turn is removed from play instead. The
possibilities here are endless. You can use it so
your opponents Rai-Oh is useless this turn, or their
Recruiter..or their Vayu..or Darksoul..or
Emmersblade...Hey, you know what I think? I think
this is not a half bad card to run in a side deck.
Though its effect is somewhat reminiscent of
Threatening Roar, this card actually has more of a
chance of screwing up your opponent’s big combo,
especially due to how many decks rely on the grave
these days.
All in all, this card is a pretty good card to run
as side deck tech, and while there are some better,
there aren't THAT many.
Traditional: 2/5
Advanced: 3.5/5
Art: And D.D. Warrior lady sends ANOTHER monster
into the shadow realm...
