Gravekeeper's Spy closes the week. An old, simple,
useful, and reliable card. The Spy was also, and
still is a handy anti-Gadget measure. The Spy can
be useful as a tribute for anything anyone is still
actually playing that requires a tribute, for
instance a Monarch or the random Jinzo (or whatever
else.) While things like Gadgets may not have the
popularity they use to, that doesn't make something
like the Spy any less good. 2000 defense is solid,
and the Field presence is welcome too. In
Gravekeeper's, you're playing three.
Ratings:
5/5 Gravekeepers,
2/5 Elsewhere, if played in two or more, as it could
actually have uses
Gravekeeper’s Spy. This card is absolutely amazing
and has seen play in a variety of decks. I’ve seen
it used in Blackwings when they first came out,
Synchro Cat, and obviously Gravekeepers. With a
solid defense, Spy can take hits from a good portion
of the monsters out there today. Add the boost from
Necrovalley and Spy gets pretty hard to run over.
Then we have the effect that special summons another
Gravekeeper from the deck when Spy is flipped. Being
able to get Recruiter or Descendant from the deck is
very good, but because you can get it during the
damage step (when your opponent attacks it
face-down), this effect really couldn’t get any
better. Without Spy, Gravekeepers would fall apart.
It’s absolutely essential for Gravekeeper decks and
can even be thrown into some other decks that like
having expendable monsters on the field. With the
upcoming release of Xyz (why did they change it from
Exceeds?), Spy gets even better.

And the final card of gold series 4 week:
gravekeepers spy. A recruiter on a flip effect with
a 2000 defense body. Dark and spellcaster, a
gravekeeper, and it combos well with descendant. No
qualms here, we know how she works, no need to
continue
