Welcome to GX Legendary Collection Week!  Parallel World Fusion opens the week, and it's a reasonable Fusion card for anyone out there playing with Elemental Heroes.  The thing here, is that the Hero you Fusion Summon, all the required Monsters have to be removed from play.  The really interesting thing about this card is that the selected Fusion Material Monsters return to the Deck.  A good Hero Deck, and I use the term "good," loosely, should be using things to Fuse by removing Monsters from play anyway.  For a downside however, if you use this card, you cannot Special Summon again during the current turn.  So you better be Summoning something game changing, and you better be doing something awesome...like winning.

It's Legendary Collection 2 week and we're staring with a good one, Parallel World Fusion. This handy Ultra Rare comes with each LC2 and it's worth getting. P.W.F. is a normal spell that works in tandem with E-Hero fusions, and makes a great combo with Miracle Fusion. While Miracle Fusion banishes your fusion materials from your field/graveyard to special summon a fusion monster, P.W.F. allows you to use whatever banished E-Hero fusion materials you need to go back in the deck and special summon that fusion monster. This is a great card that makes fusing E-Hero monsters faster. Also allows you to get back those key E-Heros like Stratos and Ocean. Fusion Gate works well with P.W.F. too. I really hope to see more dedicated E-Hero decks that use this. You just gotta make sure what you need is banished, but with cards like Miracle Fusion, Fusion Gate, Dark Calling and even Soul Release,it shouldn't be that hard. Those cards along with P.W.F. can get out 2 or  more E-Hero fusions out on a turn and swarm.

Starting off another week of reviews! The card HERO players have been waiting for: Parallel World Fusion!

Parallel World Fusion is a nifty little Spell Card that allows you to fuse for an Elemental HERO Fusion Monster using your already banished monsters, by returning them to the Deck.

This is a really good card. An additional Fusion utilizer that doesn't interfere with any of your hand or field presence, and is easily set- up with Miracle Fusion? Sold. Not being able to Summon any other monsters on the turn you use Parallel World Fusion balances it quite nicely.

Potentially splashable outside of HERO decks too. Running Gladiator Beasts with teched Dimensional Fissure? Macro? Any deck that can potentially use three copies of Neos Alius/Prisma and Stratos.

Parallel World Fusion also states that you must choose an Elemental HERO whose Fusion Material Monsters are banished, but it doesn't specify the owner. Probably isn't the case, but as it is written, you should be able to fuse using your opponent's banished cards, in addition to your own.

Traditional: 2/5 - Not absolutely useless, but there are probably better cards to utilize in this format.
Advanced: 3/5 - HERO decks mainly. Needs set-up, but it gives you a free Fusion Monster and allows you to recycle your banished HEROes.
Art: 2/5 - I like the symmetry that most Fusion cards have, but that's it.

Parallel World Fusion

Ok, so we are looking at a card from the new legendary collection.  First let me say, this card has huge potential, and that I’ve already got my playset and a half J.

With that out of the way, let’s get into it.  So, world fusion, a normal spell card, lets you select one Elemental hero fusion monster in your extra deck, and then take the fusion material monsters for that card, that are banished, and return said fusion materials to the deck.  The first thing I need to stress, They can be either your, OR YOUR OPPONENTS, removed cards.  This means you can get e hero gaia, by simply returning  your hero and an opponents earth to the deck, or even two of your opponents cards to your opponents deck!

Now, the big drawback im going to get heat for, what if your opponent doesn’t run heros?  Well, that’s where I say, I run prisma glads, and throwing in a macro cosmos or d. fissure makes this pretty ridiculous.  Now, all that being said, I have not had a chance to test this theory out yet, but it seems like a very solid concept, just waiting to be used.

As an added bonus, this artwork is pretty awesome as well.

Traditional: 2/5
Advanced: 4/5 only in hero, or hero variants obviously.

This is going to be a fun week. We get to talk about some cards that you can only get in the new Legendary Collection #2 binder that just came out on Tuesday. Our first card is Parallel World Fusion. It is the counter part to Miracle Fusion, and has much of the same art work with the red and blue ghosts. Instead of a bursting “H”, we have two parallel worlds. Go figure.

The purpose of this card is to use the monsters you removed with Miracle Fusion to summon another one of your boss Elemental Hero monsters. The side effect, is that you get to recycle your removed from play cards. This could be good or bad depending on your situation. If you have another Miracle Fusion or are playing Fusion Gate, you would like to have your monsters go to the graveyard. However, if you need to reuse your Fusion Monsters, or have a dead ROTA or E-Emergency Call in hand, this card is your best friend. Another cool trick is to put your Destiny Hero Malicious back in your deck so you can use the one in your graveyard again.

Unfortunately the wording on this card has left us guessing in regards to whose banished monsters we can use. The English Manga and Japanese translations suggest that you can only use your banished monsters, so if I would have to guess, I would go with that. You will not be able to use fusion substitutes for the Elemental Monsters. The only thing you can use them for is their printed attribute, as fusion substitutes have no effects when they are banished. Like Miracle Fusion, the monsters are chosen at resolution, so your opponent can respond with Burial from a Different Dimension, and you would have to hope you still have enough fusion materials left to summon a fusion monster. Diamond Dude can make good use of this card, as it gets around the no other special summon clause for this card’s activation.

Time will tell how good this card will be and if it will make E-Hero’s top tier. Be sure to watch the coverage of YCS Columbus in two weeks. For now, I am going to hope for good things out of Parallel World Fusion and give this card a good rating.

Hello all and welcome to Legendary Collection 2: The Duel Academy Years week.

Happy Thanksgiving to my fellow Canadians. To day we start with a card that I bleive should not have been made I am talking about is Parallel World Fusion.
Choose an "Elemental HERO" Fusion Monster in your Extra Deck whose listed Fusion Material Monsters are banished, shuffle the banished Fusion Material Monsters into the Deck, then Special Summon that Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck. (This Special Summon is treated as a Fusion Summon.) You cannot Special Summon another monster(s) during the turn you activate this card.

Sigh I don't know about any one else but I really wish they would stop with the Elemental Hero cards, sight the show they were popular in has been gone long enough that we now have a second series after that one. What is the point of having cards banished if they can just be used again? to me if a card is banished it should not see play again for the current duel.
Well for this card I don't see any down side to it, you use polly to get out your first one, then you use Miracle Fusion followed by this card. and you should be set to win on that turn.

5/5
