Tour Bus From the Other World, not quite as
beautiful, or as skilled, as her Tour Guide
counterpart, but still a card I'm sure you've been
annoyed with on more than one occasion. She
obviously works well too with her Tour Guide sister
of course. Now the Tour Bus from Other World lets
you shuffle a Monster from either player's
Graveyard, excluding herself, back into either
player's Deck. I think you can use this offensively
or defensively. Obviously to use a Monster again on
your side, or defensively in order to prevent a
future resurrection or combo from the Graveyard to
hinder your opponent. It's really nice too that it
can be ANY Monster (besides itself). I don't expect
to see her going anywhere anytime soon, she's just
too good, and she should be higher on the list.

We continue our count down with “Tour Bus From
the Underworld”. If you have been following the Card
of the Day posts for the last two days you would see
there is a theme taking shape. All of the cards
listed were part of the powerhouse Wind-Up deck that
ruled the nest for half of the year. Tour Bus gave
the deck a better option for Tour Guide in that when
it went to the graveyard you could return a Wind-Up
Zenmaity to the Extra deck to give you the ability
to burn another card from your opponent’s hand.
Now that Zenmaity has been limited to one, Tour Bus
From the Underworld is no longer an important card
to Wind-Up decks as the hand loop is no longer an
option. It is still a great fit for Tour Guide From
the Underworld as it can work to help your deck or
to hinder your opponent’s deck.
If you are playing a Rescue Rabbit deck, you can use
Tour Guide to special summon a Tour Bus to Xyz
summon Leviar and detach the Bus to special summon a
Rabbit, then use Bus to put back a normal monster
and then use Rabbit to special summon that normal
monster and the third normal monster to Xyz summon.
It is very useful in recycling those limited and
restricted monsters like Gorz, Trag, Tour Guide,
Red-Eyes, BLS, and Dark Armed Dragon.
On the flip side, you can also disrupt your
opponents strategy by returning your opponent’s
Grapha, Treeborn Frog, Lightpulsar’s target, or the
third dark monster for DAD or the light or dark
monster needed for BLS. Tour Bus becomes your D.D.
Crow only it returns the monster to the deck. You
could also summon Leviathon Dragon, attack your
opponent’s T.G. monster or X-Saber Darksoul and then
detach Bus to send it back to the deck in main phase
two so they do not get their effects. Like
Transmigration Prophecy, Tour Bus From the
Underworld is one of those underrated cards that
destroys today’s meta.

If you would like more idea on any of the top 10
cards we are reviewing, you can also search on the
Card of the Day page to find our old posts.
Personally, I do not go back and look at those
articles in order to keep my reviews original, but
they may still mirror the Year End posts so just
keep that in mind when reading the top 10 reviews.

Tour Bus of the Underworld pulls in at Number 7
on our list. A level 3 DARK/Fiend with 1000 for both
ATK and DEF.
When this card is sent to the graveyard: You can
target 1 monster in either player's graveyard except
Tour Bus from the Underworld, shuffle that target
into the deck.
Just when we thought Tour Guide was a hassle, here
comes her ride. Tour Bus is meant pretty much to be
teamed with Tour Guide to recycle her back into the
deck for later use. The good part about Tour Bus is
that you can use it on any monster in either
player's graveyard, so you can use it to mess with
any graveyard antics your opponent may be trying to
do. Or use it to get back that Tour Guide/Sangan, or
any other monster you may need a little later in the
duel. Tour Bus's effect goes off when it gets to the
graveyard in any way, so cards like Foolish Burial
and Armageddon Knight can get it there fast. Even if
it's detached from an Xyz monster, Tour Bus can get
a monster back into the deck. DARK also means Chaos
as well. Overall a handy little card and worth a
spot on our list.

This card is a very strategic
card than can either hurt you or benefit you in some
way. As a target for it’s better counterpart, this
card has been pushed aside for Night Assailant, but
this hasn’t stopped seeing play in some decks. Decks
like Chaos Dragon, Light Sworn, and Wind-Up can use
this card. Whether it is milled, tributed,
discarded, or detached it’s effect will still
activate.
This could also work against
your opponent, and it has been done for me. My
opponent was playing Light Sworn and I was playing
Inzektors before Hornet was limited. I had a Hornet
in grave and my opponent used Charge of the Light
Brigade milling a Wulf and Bus. My opponent was
about to return a monster from his grave but then
realized that I had a Hornet in grave. He chose to
return my hornet while I had a Dragonfly and Sword
in hand. I lost that game horribly because of it.
This card recycles key cards
and can work in tandum or apart from Tour Guide.
