Overlay Regen, another Magic card, and here's where
I referred yesterday about being hypocritical. This
card allows you to target and attach it to an XYZ
Monster on the Field as an extra XYZ Material.
Obviously, this is very valuable, being able to use
an effect of an XYZ after using all your Material,
or even adding to one who doesn't have enough.
There are other bizarre possibilities out there,
but that's the most likely one. Should you play
one? I'm not sure, this is the kind of XYZ support
that the game needs, but I think I'd like it better
in a Field Magic card somehow.

Today's card is an Xyz monster's best friend,
Overlay Regen.
Target 1 face up Xyz monster on the field; attach
this card to it as an Xyz material.
Several Xyz monsters come to mind when I think of
this card. Utopia, Evolzar Dolkka and Thunder Spark
Dragon are a few. This card is simple to use and it
adds firepower to your Xyz monsters when you combo
it with Xyz Reborn, or can help you draw if you have
2 or more Xyz monsters with Xyz gift. Even Leviathan
Dragon can be powered up to 3500 ATK. This is a very
useful card under the right circumstances and can
help out in a number of ways. I will say if you are
living off of top decking with no Xyz monsters on
the field, good luck. If you love Xyz summoning, and
I know you all do, try this card out.

FINALLY! It's about time we got some way to add
more Overlay Units to XYZ monsters and this card is
a great choice as it can go into any deck that uses
XYZs. The one problem with Exceed Summons is that
you can often only use their ability two or maybe
three times before they escencially become
beatsticks, but OR gives them new life. with this
card, You can have a No. 30 Acid Golem for an extra
turn without taking damage, or No. 17 Leviathan
Dragon with 3000A that can still attack directly, or
give No. 39 Utopia an extra attack negation. The
uses for this card are more than enough to make it
highly playable in any deck using XYZs and the fact
that it's a Common card makes it all the easier to
get your hands on.
