Quick Booster is a Quickplay Magic card, as might be
obvious, and could be a fun piece of tech for higher
end players to take a look at. This Magic card
essentially lets you recycle a Quickplay Magic card
from your Graveyard. This card allows you to
target a Quickplay Magic card from your Graveyard
and shuffle it back into the Deck. However, I
feel the real payoff is in letting your opponent
destroy this card. If Quickplay Booster is
destroyed by your opponent's card, and sent to the
Graveyard, as opposed to adding a Quickplay Magic
card from your Graveyard to your Deck, you're
allowed to move a Quickplay Magic card from your
Deck to your Hand. Other than itself, of
course, but I'm not sure you need more than one of
these if you were playing it anyway. There are
a plethora of Quickplay Magic cards out there, but
we don't play very many. If you're running a
combo Deck or one that plays or is dependent on
several, give this a try.

Quick Booster is one of those cards that is good,
but for another point in time of the game. Back when
Enemy Controller and Book of Moon was almost
unescapable. Your opponent can nail this face down
quick-play spell card or you can play it yourself,
your choice, but I'd rather bait my opponent out
into using their Mystical Space Typhoon(s) or Heavy
Storm then chaining it when they do. You can target
1 Quick-Play Spell card in your graveyard and
shuffle it into your deck. If this card is destroyed
by your opponent and sent to the graveyard, you can
add 1 Quick-Play Spell card from your deck to your
hand except another copy of Quick Booster. That's
pretty good. Other than Enemy Controller and Book of
Moon, there's Shrink, Forbidden Lance, and even
Cunning of the Six Samurai. The only problem with
this card is that is was a lot more useful way back
when, that doesn't make it any less useful.

Quick Booster is a Quick-Play spell card with two
effects that involve Quick-Play spell cards. The
first effect is if you activate “Quick Booster”, it
allows you to recycle 1 Quick-Play back into your
deck. Recycling cards is always a good effect, but
it would have been better if the card went into your
hand or to the top of your deck, so you could use
the recycled card.
The second effect is if this card is destroyed by
your opponent you can get a Quick-Play spell card
from your deck to your hand. The only way this is
going to happen is if this card is set and the
opponent thinks it’s something more dangerous. The
actual effect is good but the chances of you ever
using it are slim. The main problem with Quick
Booster is most decks really only play 1 Quick-Play
spell card and that’s MST so unless you either play
a lot of Quick-Play spell cards or you really love
your MST there isn’t really much point having this
in your deck
