Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must be Special Summoned (from your hand) by having exactly 5 WATER monsters in your Graveyard, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. When this card is Special Summoned: Discard 2 random cards from your opponent's hand (or their entire hand, if less than 2). You can only use the effect of "Moulinglacia the Elemental Lord" once per turn. If this card leaves the field, skip the Battle Phase of your next turn.

Moulinglacia the Elemental Lord--These Elemental
Lords are all the rage, didn't you hear? Similar
apparently to Monarchs, there eventually will be one
for each attribute. We received the Earth one, this
is the Water one, and we get the Fire one in Cosmo
Blazer. Our Water friend is Level 8 (although
irrelevant unless used for Synchro or XYZ Summon I
think) and has 2800 attack and 2200 defense, both of
which I think are good for Level 8, and being a Sea
Serpent is awesome. When Special Summoned, discard
two random cards from your opponent's Hand, or the
entire Hand if it contains two cards or less. You
can only use the effect of Moulinglacia once per
turn. Now, for the nasty side effect, as seems par
for the course, when this card leaves the Field, you
lose your next Battle Phase. I didn't like that
before, I don't like that now, and I won't like it
next time. I guess I really do like this card
overall, and I wouldn't let that stop me from
playing one, but I still am not fond of that effect.

The second Elemental Lord that was just released
is Moulinglacia the Elemental Lord. The first was
Earth and our card of the day is Water. One should
see a theme here with future sets as each set
currently being released is based on an attribute.
The next set, Cosmo Blazer, is based on fire and
should have a fire Lord of its own. All of the
Elemental Lords to date have 2800 attack and 2200
defense with great effects, a requirement that you
have the exact amount of monsters of that element in
the graveyard, and a proviso that if it leaves the
field, you can not conduct your battle phase of your
next turn. I would expect that trend to continue in
the future.
Moulinglacia the Elemental Lord is an easy summon in
a Mermail deck as that deck type loads the graveyard
with Water monsters quickly. As Moulinglacia is a
Sea Serpent, it can be easily searched for with
Atlantean Dragoons. Once summoned, it easily becomes
a plus two card advantage for you. It doesn’t even
mater if Moulinglacia survives, although having a
2800 beat stick on the field is an advantage in
itself.
Water decks have a variety of ways to manipulate the
graveyard making the summon of Moulinglacia an
option mid game. Besides Pot of Avarice, they have
Salvage which not only manipulates the grave, but
also gives you a plus one and two useful monsters.
Of course, Moulinglacia the Elemental Lord can be
used in other deck types; however Atlantean/Mermail
decks are the most consistent decks and are tailor
made for it. It also helps that Mermails are top
tier and Moulinglacia is one of the reasons it is.

Hello everyone and welcome
back. Today we are reviewing Delinquent Du… err… I
mean Moulinglacia the Elemental Lord!
Water/ Sea Serpent/ Lv 8/ 2800
ATK/ 2200 DEF
“Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set.
Must be Special Summoned (from your hand) by having
exactly 5 WATER monsters in your Graveyard, and
cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. When this
card is Special Summoned: Discard 2 random cards
from your opponent's hand (or their entire hand, if
less than 2). You can only use the effect of "Moulinglacia
the Elemental Lord" once per turn. If this card
leaves the field, skip the Battle Phase of your next
turn.”
Let me begin by saying that
this card mimics Delinquent Duo in the sense that it
gets 2 cards out of your opponent’s hand, that’s it.
Also, this beat stick of a water monster can easily
be searched by one of the Atlantean Dragoon. This
card finds the most synergy in the Mermail Atlanean
deck, and for good reason too. It can easily be
searched at the very beginning of the match,
practically, and the grave to the deck fills up very
nicely. Just like Grandsoil, it has a drawback
effect of skipping the next battle phase and the
effect of Moulinglacia can only be used once per
turn.
If Moulinglacia’s effect does
go off your opponent is left with less resources and
is now in a tighter spot. Worst case scenario,
assuming this card isn’t Solemn’d or countered,
it’ll bait out an opponent’s effect veiler. That in
itself isn’t that bad.
Overall this card can go great
in any water based deck that has semi-decent grave
manipulation or any deck that can utilize the
Atlantean monster.
Pros: Hand Disruption and Great
Stats.
Cons: Needs proper grave
manipulation and loss of battle phase.

Today's card is the boss of pretty much all WATER
monsters. Moulinglacia The Elemental Lord is like
Grandsoil, as in it needs a specific number of
monsters, WATER monsters to be precise, and it must
be 5, no more, no less, in the grave to be special
summoned, and that is the only way it can be
summoned. When it is special summoned, you can
discard 2 of your opponent's cards to the grave, and
when it leaves the field, you skip your next battle
phase. I like this card as there are a lot of ways
WATER monsters can get in the graveyard fast. Abyss
Soldier is one way, and the Mermail monsters and all
of the tricks they can do help as well. And
Moulinglacia boasts impressive stats as well.
Careful, drawing this card early in the game may
hinder you a little in trying to get this card, as
it is best summoned mid to late game.
