Dimensional Wanderer? Now this card I like. We
have a Level 1, Light attributed Spellcaster, with 0
attack and defense, but you want this guy to sit in
your Hand until the time is right. I know it's not
the safest or best strategy to wait to be able to
use a card, but I'm thinking you use one if your
playing a Galaxy Eyes Photon Dragon Deck. When
Galaxy Eyes uses its effect to remove a Monster from
play, you can send this card to the Graveyard and
inflict 3000 Damage to your opponent. 3000 is a lot
of Damage, enough to likely win you a game, and you
know that the removal effect of Galaxy Eyes is going
to go off. Try one as tech, and see what happens.

Dimension Wanderer is a card that you either
like, or don't. Being a LIGHT/Spellcaster is pretty
good as it gets access to everything from Spellbook
cards to Honest. Being level 1 gives it a good way
to summon it via One for One, should you need it for
whatever reason. His stats are 0/0 for ATK and DEF,
but he's not made for either. Wanderer's real threat
is in the hand, as whenever Galaxy Eyes Photon
Dragon does his banishing act and takes another
monster with him, you can discard Dimension Wanderer
from your hand to the graveyard to inflict a major
3000 damage to your opponent's LP. That hurts. I
also like that it can be any monster, because I
assumed this effect would only happen if Galaxy Eyes
could only happen if it banished an Xyz monster
only. There are no restrictions on that one, so
that's good. I can understand why most duelists
would stay away from this card, as it is a bit
situational, as you might top deck Wanderer when you
don't need him, or even draw him too early. But with
a proper build and with the right timing, you can
really hurt your opponent at the right time, and
even end the game.

Today we are looking at: Dimension Wanderer
“When a monster is banished by the effect of
"Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon": You can send this card
from your hand to the Graveyard; inflict 3000 damage
to your opponent. You can only use the effect of
"Dimension Wanderer" once per turn.”
In a Galaxy-Eyes deck this guy is alright, but just
so inconsistent. I have actually looked into a
couple builds after I first heard about him and
there are just so many other things that fit in a
photon deck way before this guy. Maybe we will get
some awesome support for him in the future, maybe
not, either way I wouldn’t use him right now.

Alright!! Today we
have another card that is best used in a Photon
deck.
Dimension Wanderer
-Attribute-Light
-Types-Spellcaster /Effect
Level 1
When a
monster is
banished by the
effect of "Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon": You can
send this card from your
hand to the
Graveyard; inflict 3000
damage to your opponent. You can only use the
effect of "Dimension Wanderer" once per
turn.
ATK/0
DEF/0
This monster is
pretty simple.
It is a weak monster that can trigger its
effect from your hand when a Galaxy-eyes Photon
Dragon removes a monster from play by its effect.
I was hoping that this monster would be more
generic or possibly be a monster similar to the D.
D. archtype.
Sadly this monster has almost no uses and is
extremely situational. It only does 3000 damage
during one turn.
Now that is a large amount of damage but is
it really worth the inconsistency just for some
extra damage?
Probably not.
It could have been a decent monster if its
effect could be used more than once per turn.
Advanced: 1/5-There
isn’t much to say about this card.
It is just a bad card that probably will
never see any competitive play.
Some of the Photon/ Galaxy support cards are
good but this is not one of them.
Traditional:1/5
-The only thing this monster has going for it here
is that it’s light.
It is just too situational to be useful here.
Art:4/5
-The only thing I
like about this card is its art.
It’s simplistic but still a cool looking
spellcaster.

Dimension Wanderer
Light/ Spellcaster/Effect/Level1/0/0
When a monster is banished by the effect of
"Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon": You can send this card
from your hand to the Graveyard; inflict 3000 damage
to your opponent. You can only use the effect of
"Dimension Wanderer" once per turn.
Next from the 2013 ZeXal Collection Tin is
Dimension Wanderer. Dimension Wanderer can do a lot
of damage to your opponent but only if you have a
"Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon and only if you have used
its effect. To be honest I am not a big fan of these
cards that only work with one card (things like Dark
Magic Attack, etc.) and this is no exception.
However this is actually worse since it has to be
none at a specific time and that’s it.
Overall, a very poor card, yes it can do a lot of
damage but it is too situational to be anyway
useful.
