Closing the week we come to Mecha Phantom Beast Harrilard. He's a stronger Mecha Phatom Beast, being Level 4 and Wind attributed, with 1800 attack 1000 defense. This guy is a big part of the heart and engine of what makes the Mecha Phantom Beast Deck go. He gets protection from Battle and card effects whn you control a Token. Par for the course. Once a turn, when a Monster(s) you control is tributed to activate a card or effect, save this card, you get to Special Summon a MPB Token. This cards Level is increased by the total Levels of the Tokens you control as well. Also, once a turn, you can tribute a Token to Special Summon a Mecha Phantom Beast Monster from your Hand. This guy adds speed, Tokens, resources, he's a keeper for sure.

Once per turn, when a monster(s) you control is Tributed to activate a card or effect other than this card's: Special Summon 1 "Mecha Phantom Beast Token" (Machine-Type/WIND/Level 3/ATK 0/DEF 0). This card's Level is increased by the total Levels of all "Mecha Phantom Beast Tokens" you control. While you control a Token, this card cannot be destroyed by battle or card effects. Once per turn: You can Tribute 1 Token; Special Summon 1 "Mecha Phantom Beast" monster from your hand.

To wrap up this week we have, Mecha Phantom Beast Harrliard. Statwise, this card has good ATK but poor DEF a common thing with level 4 monsters.
As well as the usual Mecha Phantom Beast effects, Mecha Phantom Beast Harrliard has like most of these planes two unique effects. First its Token summoning effect requires than a monster be tributed for an effect except this monster’s effect, of course. Granted it doesn’t give you any real field advantage but at least you don’t lose anything.

The second effect requires a Token and allows you to special summon a Mecha Phantom Beast from your hand. Again it is a one for one but special summoning any Mecha Phantom Beast from your hand is a good effect.
Overall a solid card, both effects are one for ones but at least you aren’t losing anything and its ATK is good.
