Makes Towers easier to summon but that's hardly
the focus here. The ATK boost and built-in
protection makes the burly Qliphorts even tougher to
get over. Important to this card is the
searching ability which guarentees you break even in
advantage at the very least. At most, you
search Scout (which can be crucial to turn the duel
around if the opponent already got rid of one or two
of them).
Also, this card is a great bluff to set because
the opponent will be expecting Skill Drain or
Vanity's Emptiness. If I have a spare
Saqlifice I surely set it as a sacrificial lamb to
protect my other face downs. All in all, very
good.
Qliphort decks use 3 of this card.

We end the week with an Equip spell for the
almighty, but oddly named Qli archetype, Saqlifice.
A spell card of the equip variety, it really helps
the Qil deck a lot. When Saqlifice is equipped to a
Qli monster, it raises its attack by 300 and can be
treated as two tributes for the tribute summon of a
Qli monster. If this card is sent to the grave, you
can add 1 Qli monster from your deck to your hand.
This card is a must, as it add several things the
Qli needs. It's an attack booster, a double tribute
treater (As the deck needed this the most) and a
searcher when it hits the grave for whatever reason.
Equip cards are risky to play in this format, as
triple Mystical Space Typhoon and other cards can
wipe this card out fast. But in this case you might
want that to happen. If you plan on using Qli
monsters, Saqlifice is a must.

Hello Pojo Fans,
Wrapping up the week we've got a dandy of an Equip
Spell Card for you. Saqlifice is for “Qli” monsters
only, and boosts its ATK by 300. That isn't anything
special, but the added effects of this equip are
what make it worth running the card in the deck.
The “Qli” monster equipped with this card cannot be
destroyed by battle. Protection is always a welcome
tool for a monster. The monster equipped with this
card is treated as two tributes. Pendulum Summon a “Qli”,
equip with this, sacrifice for Disk. This card makes
it easier for a “Qli” player to gain its monsters
effects off tribute summoning. Finally, when this
card is sent from the field to the graveyard, you
can add 1 “Qli” monster from your deck to your hand.
A cost-free search whenever this card goes from the
field to the graveyard, this card is going out of
its way to help the deck. Off of the previously
mentioned play (Pendulum Summon monster > Equip with
this > sac monster for Disk) you will not only get
the Disk Special Summons and the easy tribute
summon, but you will also get a search off Saqlifice
going to the graveyard.
Play this card in the deck. 2-3 copies depending on
your build. At the very worst it is going to end up
being a searching card for you to get another “Qli”.
