Mighty Warrior may look fun to use, and he may
indeed be fun, but he's just not very practical. A
Level 6 Synchro with only 2200 attack just isn't
going to cut it. Inflicting Damage to half the
attack of an opponent's destroyed Monster may sound
good on the surface, but being so weak, that's not
going to help very much. Earth and Warrior are
fine, so specific or special Synchro Summoning
condition is good, and Level 6 is even easy enough
to make. But I don't see a logical reason to put
this guy in your Extra Deck.

Mighty Warrior
EARTH/Warrior/Synchro/Effect/Level 6/2200/2000
Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters
If this card destroys an opponent's monster by
battle: Inflict damage to your opponent equal to
half the destroyed monster's original ATK.
Next up we have Mighty Warrior one of Yusei Fudo’s
main Synchro monsters from the enjoyable 5Ds manga.
Statwise it’s a generic level 6 Synchro monster that
is an EARTH/Warrior so that is a lot of support
there with 2200 ATK okay for a level 6 and 2000 DEF
which is really good.
Effectwise, it has a simple effect, if it destroys a
monster by battle, the opponent loses life points
equal to have the destroyed monster’s original ATK.
As with all these battle style effects the monster
needs to have good ATK in order to make the most of
the effect. Luckily Mighty Warrior does have a bit
of punch to him so he will be able to take out a
couple of monsters and being a Warrior means there
are a lot of equipment cards for him to use.
Overall a solid warrior synchro, but the extra deck
is quite crowded these days so there might not be
room for him and there are better level 6 Synchros.

Not a terrible synchro but they're a lot better 6
star synchros to choose from considering the limited
extra-deck space we have available to use,
especially considering the 2200 attack... don't make
me laugh.

Mighty Warrior
The name, art, attribute, type and effect are
cliché as it gets but there's a decent card here.
I'm expecting my fellow COTD reviewers will bash
this card to death, so this might be the most
positive review on the page.
It's stats are below average (well, if it were
too much better it could become broken) and it
doesn't generate card advantage, but if you were to
entirely discount this card, you are missing one
important fact: This card won't be useful most of
the time, but when it is, you can end games with it.
If the opponent is barely hanging on with <1500
life points, putting up a good defense, this is the
card that can burn for the win. Or if they have like
2000-3000 LP, you can bully them into
super-defensive play. On top of that, any deck can
use it. And most other LV6 Synchros are crap anyway.
Not a great card by any means but it does have
some potential.

"Gathering stars will call upon a new force! Become
the path its light shines upon! Synchro Summon! Show
yourself, Mighty Warrior!"
Ah yes, Yusei's summon chant. This card did not
appear in the anime, but it is very much a Yusei
card, except it comes from the 5D's manga.
If you recall my review of Sirius weeks ago, dear
guppy, you should know that this was not one of the
cards I listed as a good Rank 6 equivalent to
Sirius. What I'm saying is this is not a good card.
Every Rank 4 you make will destroy this thing
because of its paltry ATK, and its effect isn't
anything to write home about.
