Today we look at a Chaos Variant of an XYZ
Monstter, in C101: SIlent Honor DARK. This is a
Rank 5 XYZ Monster, requiring three Level 5 Monsters
for an XYZ Summon. This is a Water, Aqua Monster,
with 2800 attack, great for a Level 5, even
considering the three Monsters necessary for the
Summon, and 1500 defense. So are we getting a good
enough return to warrant a Triple Level 5 Summoning
condition...or is this overcompensation? Let's
see...this guy isn't as good, or at least, not as
easy to utilize successfully as his non-Chaos
counterpart. Once a turn, you can Target a Special
Summoned Monster your opponent has on the Field and
attach it to this card as an XYZ Material. If sent
to the Graveyard wit XYZ Material, provided one or
more is the non-Chaos variant, you can Special
Summon this card from the Graveyard and gain
Lifepoints to the original attack of this card.
That's good, 2800 is plenty of Lifepoints, and that
could help in an Agent or Saturn Deck for sure...if
that still existed...if this card were Light at
least, there could be potential for that. Even at
two Level 5 Monsters I just don't see a place for
this card, even in a Water Deck. Stick with the
original, if anything.

Number C101: Silent Honor DARK
WATER/Aqua/Xyz/Effect/Rank 5/2800/1500
3 Level 5 monsters
Once per turn: You can target 1 Special Summoned
monster your opponent controls; attach it to this
card as a face-up Xyz Material. When this card is
destroyed and sent to the Graveyard while it has Xyz
Material: You can Special Summon this card from your
Graveyard, then gain Life Points equal to the
original ATK of this card. "Number 101: Silent Honor
ARK" must be in your Graveyard to activate and to
resolve this effect. If this card is Special
Summoned this way, it cannot attack for the rest of
this turn.
Next up we have Number C101: Silent Honor DARK, the
main Chaos Number of Nasch aka Shark. Statwise, it
is a WATER/Aqua; despite it has DARK in its name,
which is still good with 2800 ATK which again is
good and 1500 DEF which is bad.
Effectwise it has two, the first effect allows you
to target a special summoned monster of the
opponent’s and turn it into Xyz material. While it
only works on special summoned monsters it does help
get rid of a potential threat and it will bypass any
destruction effects.
The second effect allows you to bring this card back
if it was destroyed while having materials you can
Special summon it and you gain 2800 life points. A
fantastic effect, of course you need "Number 101:
Silent Honor ARK" in your graveyard which isn’t a
big deal since you probably Ranked Up Number 101 to
get this. Also it cannot attack for the rest of the
turn, which is a problem, but getting your
monster back and 2800 Life Points makes up for it.
Ocerall if you play "Number 101: Silent Honor ARK"
and like Ranking Up, then this card is a must. If
you don’t you might want to think about playing
them.

Hello Pojo Fans,
Middle of the week and we're going to stick with the
water-theme today with Number C101: Silent Honor
DARK. A Water, Aqua-Type, Rank 5 with
2800ATK/1500DEF, it takes three level five monsters
to Xyz Summon him (or other ways which we'll get
into). “Once per turn: You can target 1 Special
Summoned monster your opponent controls; attach it
to this card as a face-up Xyz Material. When this
card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard while it
has Xyz Material: You can Special Summon this card
from your Graveyard, then gain Life Points equal to
the original ATK of this card. "Number 101: Silent
Honor ARK" must be in your Graveyard to activate and
to resolve this effect. If this card is Special
Summoned this way, it cannot attack for the rest of
this turn.”
Decent stats, but you won't be using three level 5's
to bring out C101. The best play is to Xyz Summon
Silent Honor ARK, activate it's effect, detaching
both materials from Silent Honor to steal a Special
Summoned monster on your opponents side of the
field, attach it to this card, then use Rank-Up
Magic Barian's Force to Special Summon C101: Silent
Honor DARK. Doing this will leave Silent Honor DARK
with at minimum two materials (three if you are able
to detach a material from an opponent's Xyz monster
and attach it to Silent Honor DARK). DARK gains the
same effect as ARK has, targeting a Special Summoned
monster your opponent controls and attaching it to
this card (minus the detaching of Xyz Materials). If
DARK is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard while it
has an Xyz Material, you can Special Summon it, then
it's attack goes up by the original ATK of DARK
(5600ATK monster is REALLY good). ARK must be in the
grave for you to activate this effect though, but
that shouldn't be much of a problem. Rank-Up-Magic
Numeron Force and Rank-Up-Magic Limited Barian's
Force are also options to Special Summon DARK.
If you use the Special Summon effect of DARK from
the Graveyard, you can't attack for the rest of the
turn with DARK. It's good to have a 5600ATK monster
on the field, but if it is destroyed next turn then
you didn't get much use out of it. Being able to
steal a Special Summoned monster from your opponent
once per turn is great, but most of the time when an
opponent Special Summons a monster they are setting
up something that likely would take out your DARK.
Traditional- 1/5
Advanced- 2.5/5- ARK is pretty good, not sure if you
really need DARK

Number C101: Silent Honor DARK
Finding 3 LV5 monsters to summon this bad-boy is
a gargantuan, but not sisyphean task. By requiring
three cards to summon, this guy greets you with a -2
and challenges you to gain it back. On top of the
fact that summoning it is situational, though still
very possible. If you do find a way to summon it,
you will be rewarded because there's lots to like
about this card too.
With 2800 ATK, it's strong (and in context with
it's revival effect, tough to pin down for good).
Gaining 2800 life points is also a nice bonus,
though not essential. Snatching an opponents Special
Summoned monster is a really devastating effect,
since most big monsters these days are Special
Summoned. With 3 XYZ material... Well, 4 if you
include the monster you snatch from your opponent.
When it's revived, it starts out with no XYZ
material, and there's a small window to destroy it
until your next turn starts and you absorb another
monster.
So, let's do some math. To summon this card is a
-2. You're at negative two. You absorb the
opponent's monster. You are at negative 1. Your
opponent destroys it via an effect. It's a one for
one (you are still at negative one). It comes back
(and is fully paid for). If it's destroyed again, it
becomes a 1-for-1 (nothing lost or gianed). But if
you do get to absorb another monster, this card card
turn to a plus 1 or plus 2. Maybe more if you can
keep the gig going. Or if it's Solemn Warning'd, it
remains a negative two.
So, yeah, this is a complicated card. One that
takes a bit of skill to use properly. Involves some
risk, but also can be incredibly rewarding. Look out
for ways to summon this creature.

Look, I'm gonna be straight with you, this card
is nutsos. It is nuts not by its own merit, but
because of the monster it is associated with and the
fact that there's an incoming card that lets you
summon him and his original form off of just that
one spell card.
There's not much to discuss here, this card when
coupled with his super powerful base form and the
ease of summoning him with an upcoming spell card is
just crazy. Most CXyzes and NC monsters are win
conditions in and of themselves, and this one is no
exception. Nonsense Words: DARK, you are something
crazy. Crazy like a taxi. Ka-ray-zee
