Ayers Rock Sunrise is a card with a lot of text, and has some very specific requirements to do something that just isn't that great.  But let's look at this in a bit more detail, shall we?  This thing could be a gem late game I suppose in some weird hybrid Deck.  You Special Summon a Beast you target from your Graveyard.  Then all your opponents Monsters lose 200 attack per each Plant, Winged-Beast, and Beast Monster in your Graveyard until the End of the Turn.  Also, you can only activate one of these a turn.  The Special Summon is good, the attack lose is likely more often than not, negligible.  It's honestly not that bad, I'm just having a hard time seeing much room for it.

Our final Dragons of Legend card for this week is Ayers Rock Sunrise, a card design and used by Chumley Huffington in the GX anime.

Its effect is barring the once per turn condition is the exact same as in the anime. You special summon 1 Beast monster from your Graveyard and all of your opponent’s face-up monsters lose 200 for any Beast, Plant and Winged-Beast-Type monster currently in your Graveyard, until the end of the turn of course. It is a bit strange there is no Beast-Warrior mentioned since they and Beast-types tend to work a lot together, still this card is obviously a card for late game where you would have plenty of Beasts in your Graveyard to get the most out of this card.

Overall a really good card for Beast Decks, getting back your Ace and weakening your opponent all with no downside.

Hello Pojo Fans,

After a dive into the “Hand” archetype, we welcome the sunrise of Ayers Rock. Ayers Rock Sunrise is a Normal Spell Card from the Dragons of Legend set. “Target 1 Beast-Type monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon that target, and if you do, all face-up monsters your opponent currently controls lose 200 ATK for each Beast, Plant and Winged-Beast-Type monster currently in your Graveyard, until the end of this turn. You can only activate 1 "Ayers Rock Sunrise" per turn.”

Ayers Rock Sunrise is a watered-down Monster Reborn for Beast-Type monsters. Special Summon 1 Beast-Type from your Graveyard, then all your opponents monsters lose 200ATK for each Beast, Plant, and Winged-Beast monster in your Graveyard until the end of your turn. Any Beast is available to be Special Summoned. Obedience Schooled combos great with this card. Special Summon 3 Beast-type monsters Level 2 or less, Synchro or Xyz with them, then use Sunrise to Special Summon one of the Beast-Type monsters and drop your opponents monsters by 400ATK at the least for the turn. Mid-to-late game this could be a devastating card to pull out on your opponent. Even just five monsters drops your opponents monsters by 1000ATK, that can be enough to take away a boss monster your opponent was just able to summon out.

Though this card gets an effect for each Beast, Plant, and Winged-Beast monster in your Graveyard, this card belongs solely in a Beast-Type based deck to allow for maximum playability. Like several cards, you can only activate 1 Ayers Rock Sunrise per turn.
