Dragon Horn Hunter
If you're going to use a crappy single-tribute
Normal Pendulum, which in itself is inadvisable, you
should just use FOUCALT'S CANNON.
At least you get some removal out of it.
And it's a lower Pendulum level too, enabling
you to pendulum summon LV3 monsters.
Yes, Normal Monsters gain 200 ATK and you save a few
LP's, but Normal Monsters (no matter what support
they get) have never been worth using as a deck.
And even if they were, Dragon Horn Hunter
doesn't do nearly enough for them.
This is a BAD card.
On the bright side, it's nice to see a female
monster without sexist art

Dragon Horn Hunter
If you play Cardfight Vanguard this card may remind
you of Blaster Dark. This card is cool in the fact
you can Advanced Art and search for the card but it
does not do much for it as a card. Normal monsters
sadly do not benefit from this card as much as they
should. In the future maybe we could break normal
pendulums but not in today's format.

Not gonna lie, when I picked this week, I picked
this card and placed it in the Friday slot solely
because of the incredible artwork on the card.
Dragon Horn Hunter is a Normal Level 6 Monster (and
a 3 on the Pendulum Scale) with base stats of 2300
and 1000, both low for a Monster that requires a
Tribute. Her Pendulum effect grants all Normal
Monsters 200 attack, which is paltry at best, making
her 2500, I guess "justifying" the 2300 base.
But she shines in a Normal Monster Deck, competitive
as that is...or isn't. As she also allows you
to take no Battle Damage from Battles involving
Normals you control. That's a huge benefit,
kinda makes me wanna break out a Dark Magician or
Blue Eyes Deck. There's a wide arsenal of
powerful vanillas out there. She's not great
on the competitive edge, but she's got a home for
sure.
Ratings:
Traditional: 1/5
Advanced: 3/5 because even though she only has
one home, she does a very nice job in it.
Art: 5/5

Wrapping up this week we have Dragon Horn Hunter,
a Normal Pendulum Monster.
Statwise Dragon Horn Hunter is a Level 6
DARK/Warrior which isn’t bad with 2300 ATK and 1000
DEF but are standard for a high ATK level 6. It has
a Pendulum Scale of 3 which is solid and it will
allow you to Pendulum Summon level 4 monsters.
Though it is a Normal Monster it has a Pendulum
Effect which boosts the ATK of all Normal Monsters
by 200 and you take no battle damage if your Normal
Monsters battle. While 200 ATK isn’t a massive boost
it can still help also the no Battle Damage effect
is a nice touch.
Overall only for Normal decks.
