Sacred Sword of Seven Stars
Wasn't broken in a while but the ban of the Dragon
Rulers made laxing this card a no brainer.
It's a 1-for-1 like Trade-In except it doesn't fuel
your graveyard. You can instead banish a LV7
floater from your field. This card provides
minimal advantage and currently lacks a competitive
deck to use it with, at the moment.

Hello Pojo Fans,
Out of all the Level 7 monsters in the TCG, only the
“Dragon Rulers” gain effects off being banished. The
banning of them significantly brings down the
playability of Sacred Sword of Seven Stars.
Now at 2, it doesn't really matter what amount of
the card you can play when the best monsters to use
with the card are banned. It can still be used if
you have an abundance of Level 7 monsters in your
deck, and banishing them leaves them available to be
resurrected from the banished zone later. The card
also has the plus of also being able to use a Level
7 monster on the field (if face-up). Mind Control or
some other way of stealing an opponents Level 7,
then using this card is also an option, though that
is very situational
Without Sacred Sword, the Dragon Rulers lost some of
their speed. Without the Dragon Rulers, Sacred Sword
lost almost all its playability.

Sacred Sword of Seven Stars was one of
many cards
to get a hit because of the Dragon Rulers in the
game, and one of the few that was unjustified (along
with cards like Debris Dragon, Dragon Ravine, and
Gold Sarcophagus).
This card, along with the other four, is simply not
a problem when the Dragon Rulers are not involved.
It is no more than a draw card that even has a hard
once per turn clause on it that happened to allow
the Dragon Rulers to activate their search effects;
when the Rulers were all at 3, this more or less
meant Sacred Sword was Pot of Greed for the Deck.
No other Deck can really abuse Sacred Sword like the
Rulers did; it’s still a good card, and Decks like
Sylvan and the upcoming Red-Eyes Deck can make use
of it, but they aren’t generating free advantage off
of it. The advantage came from the Rulers anyway,
and that problem was dealt with (RIP).

Sacred Sword of Seven Stars is Semi-Limited at
present, and it's an easy enough card to take
advantage of. By removing a Level 7 Monster
from play, from your Hand, or side of the Field, you
get to Draw two cards from the Deck. You can
only activate one a turn, so honestly, since this
card is a break even (the removed Monster, this
card, and then gaining two cards for a +/- 0) and
only being able to use one of these a turn, I don't
see why three isn't allowed. It's a specific
but not terribly difficult at all Draw option, and
if you have a few Level 7s (which you probably
don't) say three or four, or even more, go ahead and
throw one in and see if it helps.
