Toon Briefcase
Not a bad trap card at all. It only requires a
Toon monster (not Toon World). It doesn't
target, it doesn't destroy and it can affect
multiple monsters. However, it doesn't negate
on-summon effects, which depending on the matchup,
can be a big downside. At the same time, this
cards sounds strangely familiar to Saber Hole.
Even when X-Sabers were in their prime, many people
didn't bother with Saber Hole, no matter how good it
seemed. But don't get me wrong Briefcase is
still worth considering for the deck - just perhaps
not a staple.

Toon Briefcase is a Normal Trap, and a very
simple one at that. It's a defensive Trap,
allowing you to take an opponent's Monster, when
Summoned, (no specification as to what type, Level,
or Rank, or how Summoned, or from where) and shuffle
it back into their Deck, provided you control a Toon
Monster. Very disruptive, and as I say, it's
almost always better to destroy than recycle, as if
it returns to the Normal Deck, there's a chance it
may not be Drawn again. If it goes back to the
Extra Deck, your opponent will very likely Summon
the Monster again next turn. If not sooner.
It's good, it's just not great.
