I've said it before, and I'll say it again, but
this card has some insanely, mouth watering,
visually orgasmic artwork. Tellarknight
Ptolemaeus is a Rank 4, Light attributed XYZ
Monster, also a Warrior, with a despicable 550
attack (those as you should be aware 50 in the
attack fits the theme) and a very impressive 2600
defense. XYZ Summoned with two or more Level 4
Monsters. I wish this guy had an instant win
on him...while he does a couple of cool things, it
probably isn't enough to be played. By
detaching three XYZ Material from this card, Special
Summon a non-number XYZ Monster that is ONE Rank
higher from your Extra Deck. This card becomes
XYZ Material for that card, as well as any XYZ
Material this card may have. By detaching
seven XYZ Material from this card, you can skip your
opponent's next turn. That's phenomenal.
That's Yata level epic right there. Just way
slower. Let's say you use three Monsters to
XYZ Summon this card (and use the last effect of
this card, that's still two turns before you get to
skip one of your opponent's, and this guy likely
won't be around then) but there are ways to cycle
and add XYZ Material. This guy might actually
be better suited for his own Deck as opposed to
Tellar/Stellar/etc if you're going for that effect.
You're able to add a Stellarknight card to this as
XYZ Material during each players End Phase. I
know this is a lot of work, and a lot of investment,
but he's not terribly slow, he can do a few
different things, and this is a solid Archtype.
Rating (generous as it may be and art influenced a
tad): 3/5
