Ritual Beast Tamer Elder is a fun piece of Ritual
Support. He's a Level 2, Wind Monster, and a
Psychic, which if he is a Tamer of anything makes
sense I suppose. The 200 and 1000
attack/defense are all but for show, as this is used
for effect only, if at all. If Normal
Summoned, you're able to Normal Summon a second
time, so long as it's a Ritual Beast Ritual Monster.
You still keeping up? That essentially makes
it a Special Summon, so long as
1) Your opponent doesn't try to specifically use
something to negate/destroy a Monster that is being
Special Summoned
2) You aren't limited by the number of Special
Summons in a turn you can conduct
Essentially (more or less) making said Normal Summon
a loophole. However, you can only do this once
per turn, and you can only Special Summon Ritual
Beast Tamer Elder(s) once a turn. Which I see
as irrelevant anyway, seeing as you only get the
Ritual Beast if Tamer Elder is Normal Summoned.
If these catch on, he's going to be a whole lot
better I think. But for now, he's just a good
piece in an unknown Deck.
