Fiend Griefing
- #CROS-EN076 Target 1 monster in your opponent's Graveyard; shuffle it into the Deck, then you can send 1 Fiend-Type monster from your Deck to the Graveyard.

The first effect is a slightly watered down
version of Disappear, a chainable way to disrupt the
opponent's combos and weaken their graveyard.
That alone would not be enough to make it a good
card, and that's where the second effect comes in.
Needless to say, you're going to have to dump a
Fiend monster that will plus (or will help you plus)
in order to break even off this card.
Thankfully, Burning Abyss is that archetype.
Thomas Fletcher got top 16 in the recent YCS playing
3 copies of this card.
In his own words: " It ups the consistency a ton by
giving you another card to access your key early
cards, Graff and Scarm. It also acts as
disruption frequently netting you a +1 on each
resolution. Alternatively if you already have
your engine rolling, you can send Back Jack to
replace the Griefing with a new trap. This
card is amazing and I can’t see playing anything
except 3. It only really sucks in the Qli
matchup which is pretty good anyway."
I'm expecting lots of BA players to take notice and
run this. As long as BA's are around, it'll
see play.

Fiend Griefing closes our week, and in short,
this is a precise and effective card to help make a
solid Archtype run a little better. This card
has potential for any Fiend Deck, ignoring for a
moment the obvious Necrofear connection. For a
bonus in addition to dumping your Fiend, you're
first able to target a Monster in your opponent's
Graveyard and return it to their Deck. It's a
Trap, which is chainable so that's a plus over just
a normal Magic card. If you're playing Fiends
at all, you're not going to die by not playing this
card, but one at least seems like a reasonable
addition.
Rating: 3/5
Art: 2/5 Not sure what's going on exactly, but
this reminds me of gluttony, not grief

Fiend Griefing
This card would have been really useful when
Darkworlds were a thing, but its actually quite
likely to be very useful for Burning Abyss as you
can chain it to prevent your opponent from gaining
whatever play they were hoping to and then send your
own Scarm or Graff from your Deck to the Graveyard
and then gain its effect.
Essentially this makes it a more useful Trap version
of Foolish Burial.
Returning an opponent’s monster to the Deck also
makes this card a little better in most cases as
quite often it can be harder to re-use a monster
again from the Deck, especially if it is a non
searchable monster.
All in all Fiend Griefing is a quite simple card
with a very simple effect, but if used at the
opportune time, (such as if chained to a Call of the
Haunted) especially if used in Burning Abyss, this
can become a +1.
Rating: 3.5. Not an essential card for Feinds, but
one that is likely to be useful not only now, but
also down the track… While it is only a Common and
thus quite easy to get hold of, this may be one of
those cards that will be quite useful in the future
for any other Fiend Archetypes, as such getting
yourself a playset or two now and setting it aside
would be quite wise.

Hello Pojo Fans,
Fiend Griefing is a Foolish Burial for Fiend-Type
decks, with the added bonus of being able to
interrupt their graveyard use.
Anything being targeted in your opponents grave is
open to be targeted by this card to be sent back to
the deck. If your opponent targets a monster with a
spell/trap, chain this and erase their target. Call
of The Haunted comes to mind with is card. If a
monster like Shaddoll Falco is giving you problems,
send it back to the deck and throw one of your
fiends into your graveyard from your deck. Decks
trying to set up grave use like Heroes and
DARK-based decks running DAD this deck
Play this in Burning Abyss as another Foolish Burial
that can also get rid of a resource from your
opponent. While you could run this without having a
Fiend-Type in your deck, there are better cards you
would run instead of this card if your only aim was
to send cards back to the deck. There are other
Fiend-based decks like Dark Worlds and Infernoids
that can use this card to set up plays out of their
own graveyard as well. Dark Worlds can set up Grapha,
while Infernoids can stash any of their archetype
members in the grave for later use or setup
summoning conditions.
Advanced-2.5/5
Art-2/5- Fabled decks can play this, but they can't
capitalize on it like BA can
