Ritual Beast Tamer Wen...we're going to be short and sweet, much the way I assume she is.  The difference from here and yesterday....you got an Extra Normal Summon for your Ritual Beast yesterday.  Today, you get a Special Summon, BUT the catch is, that said Ritual Beast has to be removed from play.  The other difference being this card (while still not strong) has 1500 attack, so could actually destroy something if such an opportunity were to arise.  She's good right now, because removal is good right now.  Or she's better because removal is so good right now; however you choose to look at that.  Her effect also doesn't specify how or who has/had to remove said Ritual Beast, so you can do it yourself as a cost (or whatever else) and know she can bring it back.

Ritual Beast Tamer Wen is best when used after the “Spiritual Beasts” have removed some “Ritual Beast” monsters or a more direct option you could use is Gold Sarcophagus. Combine her with Ritual Beast Steeds to destroy 2 card your opponent controls (more if you have more “Ritual Beasts”), or use Ritual Beast's Bond alongside the two Ritual beasts to Special Summon any Ritual Beast from your Extra Deck and get your combos going. Tamer and Elder work together to get 3 monsters onto your field (if not more when things are done).
 
 Emergency Teleport can Special Summon Tamer Wen, but her effect is only off of Normal Summoning, so Teleporting her wouldn't be smart unless you were needing her just for the fusion, or were attempting a Synchro/Xyz Summon. Because Tamer Wen Special Summons from the banished zone, she isn't an ideal card during the first turn, unless you have an extra Normal Summon available to you, as well as a banished Ritual Beast.
 
Tamer Wen is a mid-game card that is an instant combo-maker.
