Toon Cyber Dragon
- #CROS-EN043 If your opponent controls a monster and you control no monsters, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). Cannot attack the turn it is Summoned. While you control "Toon World" and your opponent controls no Toon monsters, this card can attack your opponent directly.

Toon Cyber Dragon
Toon's always had bad monsters, but with the recent
avalanche of good spell cards they got, they're more
viable. It's a 2100 beater that can
summon easily (without tribute), and even help you
with tributes if needed. There's of course the
classic direct attack and summoning sickness effect,
which makes it hard to use as a quick out. Use
for Toons because they don't have much else.

Hello Pojo Fans,
Toon Cyber Dragon offers toon players another
monster, while the rest of us get another “Cyber
Dragon” monster to use. While you could pack 3 Cyber
Dragons and 3 Toon Cyber Dragons into a deck to
Special Summon when you don't have a monster, this
monster can't attack the turn it's summoned, unlike
its predecessor, making it less likely to play
outside a Toon Deck.
Toons get a Special Summon monster to use as a
sacrifice for monsters like Toon Summoned Skull,
Toon DMG, and Toon BEWD, as well as a strong attack
monster. Those teching BLS and other Chaos-based
monsters in their toons also get another LIGHT to
remove as fodder.
Not much more to the card. Play it in toons, likely
not in anything else though, unless Cyber
Dragon-based.

Toon monsters are fairly simple
to review. You either have the ability to attack
directly and win, or you don't and you lose. Does
this card help with that? Yes. Toon Cyber Dragon is
no different. Its stats are exactly the same as
Cyber Dragon, which are pretty bad for a single
tribute monster. It is a Light Machine-type monster
with 2100 Atk and 1600 Def. Its name and stats make
it work for many decks: Machine, Cyber, Honest
target, Galaxy, Toon, and more. Still, Toon Cyber
Dragon is cool for nostalgic reasons.
Like many toon monsters, Toon
Cyber Dragon can't attack the turn it is Summoned.
Its Cyber Dragon effect is intact. If your opponent
controls a monster and you control no monsters,
Special Summon Toon Cyber Dragon. If you can keep it
alive until the next turn, you can attack directly
while you control Toon World and your opponent
doesn't have toons on their side. Toons have gotten
a lot of support and this is one of the good ones
for swarming purposes. However, it is still only
really as relevant as regular Cyber Dragon.
Score: 2.5/5 I think it's good,
but not great.
Art: 5/5 Cute nostalgia and my
bias for Lights and Dragons. Awesome.

This card is
awesome for toons. First , it doesnt require you to
have Toon World on the field. Second it isnt
destroyed if Toon World is. Now the only draw back
is that it can't attack the turn you play it but
thats with all toons. But to have a quick special
summon to bust out some major plays in toons is
great.
