Why couldn't this be a tuner turtle? Performapal
Guitartle is a Level 1 Water Aqua-type Pendulum
Monster with 300 Atk and 400 Def and Scales of 6.
Performapal gives this a search ability with other
cards, and then you can activate its effect in the
Pendulum Zone to draw a card. You can't Pendulum
Summon this because there are no Scales of 0. The
other stats are just as disappointing. However,
drawing a card is good.
Performapal Guitartle does one thing well. It lets
you draw one card while it is in your Pendulum Zone
and you activate another Performapal Pendulum
Monster. You could activate another Guitartle later,
but you only draw if it is a different turn. The
monster effect is hardly worth mentioning. You can
increase a Pendulum Scale by 2 once per turn. I'm
glad that it doesn't have to be a Performapal
Pendulum monster, but the stats on this are so bad
that it is not worth it to Normal Summon it anyway.
Score: 2.5/5 I wouldn't even call this a good draw
engine.
