Raidraptor – Ultimate Falcon
- #SHVI-EN0533 Level 10 Winged Beast-Type monsters
Unaffected by other cards' effects. You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; for the rest of this turn, all monsters your opponent controls will lose 1000 ATK, also your opponent's cards and effects cannot be activated. If this card has a "Raidraptor" monster as Xyz Material, it gains this effect.
● Once per turn, during the End Phase: You can make all monsters your opponent controls lose 1000 ATK. If your opponent controls no face-up monsters, inflict 1000 damage to your opponent.

Raidraptor – Ultimate Falcon
Like fusion monsters that can be brought out by
Instant Fusion, it’s equally hard to rate an XYZ or
synchro that solely depends on other cards. No one
is ever going to XYZ summon Ultimate Falcon
normally. Three level-10 bird types is outrageous.
So, you bring him out in one of two other ways:
through the spell cards Skip Force or Cattle Call,
or through the monster Last Strix. You can Skip
Force into Ultimate Falcon using Revolution Falcon
and get him in his full glory, or you can use the
before-mentioned cards to bring Ultimate Falcon out
with no material and use him as material for the
summon of Number 77: The Seven Sins.
And this is what makes him such a beast. He’s not
difficult to bring out, especially in Raidraptor
decks dedicated to doing just that. He’s a monster
with 3500 ATK that you HAVE to kill in battle
(unless you have the cure-all Kaiju in hand.) His
second effect is okay, but that’s just what I call a
“bonus effect.” What matters is that this is a GG
Monster, and there’s not many of those. His future
potential is also good since Raidraptors are run by
a regular character in Arc-V and can expect more
future support.
However, like Norden, I rate em how I see em. Last
Strix, Skip Force, and Cattle Call are the cards
that make Ultimate Falcon relevant. Without them,
Falcon would never see the light of day. However,
unlike Norden, Falcon can be brought out by cards
that were meant to bring him out and are part of his
theme – Skip Force and Last Strix. Norden doesn’t
have a card like that, and so I can rate him a
little better than the 1/5 I gave to him and to
Thousand Eyes Restrict.

The best card that you will
(most likely) not be able to summon. Running
the materials you need to summon it (Doom Force, XYZ
Universe, etc.) are just going to clog your hands.
If you're able to pull off the large combo to summon
this card, you're probably in a win-more position
anyway. I'd say it's only a waste of Extra
Deck space, but someone trying to seriously summon
this thing is going to blemish their deck with crap
cards.

I love boss monsters. Raidraptor - Ultimate
Falcon has huge stats. It is a Rank 10 Dark Winged
Beast-type XYZ monster with 3500 Atk and 2000 Def.
Even though it requires 3 Level 10 Winged Beast
monsters to XYZ summon this behemoth, it's still
worth it because of the stats alone. Its effects
make it a protected force to be reckoned with.
Even without XYZ material, Raidraptor - Ultimate
Falcon is unaffected by other card effects,
including your own. It only has one effect that
costs one material which makes your opponent's
monsters lose 1000 Atk and then all their cards and
effects can't be activated. That can only be
activated during your turn, but it lasts the whole
turn. Finally, if there is a Raidraptor attached
Ultimate Falcon, during the End Phase you can bring
their monsters down another 1000 Atk. But if there
aren't any on the field, this effect inflicts 1000
points of Direct Damage. This monster can win a game
on its own with just that last effect. It also of
course has perfect synergy with all the Raidraptor
rank up effects. However, it is still in a deck that
just isn't consistent enough to be relevant. As a
monster, Ultimate Falcon is indeed worth the effort
it takes to bring it out.
