The Phantom Knights of Silent Boots is a Level 3
Dark Warrior-type monster with 200 Atk and 1200 Def.
Just like yesterday's card, this is an excellent
ROTA target and fits nicely for Rank 3 plays. Also
like yesterday, this monster is Dark and has some
weak stats. Is there a Phantom Knights Spell or Trap
card that brings back monsters from the banished
zone? I guess Leviair could do it. That effect would
make Allure of Darkness very potent in this deck.
Speaking of potency, Silent Boots has 2 effects that
are great additions to the Phantom Knights. They can
only be activated once per turn, so plan
accordingly. The first effect is to Special Summon
itself from the hand if you control a Phantom
Knights monster. Two Boots in Hand equals an instant
Rank 3 XYZ Summon. The second effect is to banish
itself from the grave to search any Phantom Knights
Spell or Trap Card. So that effect isn't as
versatile as Ancient Cloak which can get you any
Phantom Knights card, but it is still good to have
all that searchability.
These Phantom Knights monsters are cool. Foolish
Burial is looking like a better and better option
for them. Through in some Mask Change II and discard
some Phantom Knights while you summon Dark Law for
some interesting field presence.

Art: 4/5 I guess the boots make it go fast.
