Frightfur Daredevil
As much as I like Frightfur Daredevil, this is one
of those Extra Deck options where you find it hard
to justify summoning when there’s something better
available. In this case, Daredevil’s little brother
Kraken, the only other monster that can use any Edge
Imp and any Fluffal as material, is just far
superior.
However, there’s also no reason not to at least tech
him in Fluffal decks. His potential for massive
damage is actually quite terrifying, especially if
he battles another monster with the same attack as
himself. But the problem with Daredevil doesn’t
necessarily lie with him, but with his archetype.
Fluffals are meant to OTK, that’s just what they’ve
become. If you can’t overwhelm in one turn, you
probably lose. They don’t run traps, hand traps, or
even monsters that can counter the opponent. This is
the main reason why they can’t compete right now
despite an incredible amount of powerful cards. If
they had any defense whatsoever, they would most
like be competing for tournaments. But Daredevil is
not that savior for the theme. The best strategy is
to dominate with Krakens and Tigers.
On the other hand, Daredevil does have some future
potential, just like all monsters that have an
“instant-win” quality. In this case, sixteen
Fluffals in the grave can mean 8000 damage in one
turn, and that’s always intriguing, especially for
big turn enthusiasts. And why not mention his big
points? Kraken is only 2200 ATK and practically
useless against baddies like Master Peace that don’t
worry about monster effects. Daredevil is an
excellent card to have available when you don’t have
the right pieces for a specific fusion in hand and
can only go generic. I would save a spot for him in
all Fluffal decks.

Hello Pojo Fans,
Frightfur Daredevil is another Fusion for the
Fluffal archetype.
Easy to summon, needing only an Edge Imp monster of
any variety, the same with the one Fluffal needed.
Burn damage every time you destroy a monster by
battle with Daredevil is a great addition to its
3000 ATK. Late game after you have a bunch of
Frightfur monsters in your grave is where this card
can really do some damage with its second burn
effect. 500LP for each Frightfur monster in your
grave can add up, especially since they don't have
to have different names. Daredevil has ATK that is
hard to overcome without another card, and its burn
effects can back the opponent quickly into a corner.

Frightfur Daredevil is a Level 8 Dark Fiend-type
Fusion Monster with 3000 Atk and 2200 Def. It
requires any Edge Imp monster and any Fluffal
monster to properly Fusion Summon, but it can be
summoned by other ways. With such high Atk, this
Frightfur Daredevil should easily be able to inflict
1000 Damage whenever it destroys a monster by
battle. The only other effect does damage when it
leaves the field because of the opponent, and that
damage is 500 LP for each Frightfur monster in the
GY. I like that neither effect depends on how
Fightfur Daredevil is summoned even if the second
effect is only once per turn. There are a bunch of
theme specific Fusion Spells that can get this out.
Finally, multiple avenues to victory are good and
Frightfur Daredevil gives that. Extra Deck space is
getting tighter, but if you are already playing
Fluffals, then you might as well play one of this.
Too bad it has no protection.

First off, I'm sorry for all you TCG Frightfur
players that you didn't get Frightfur Patchwork in
Dimensional Guardians. You have hope in Light's
Revenge, but looking as how terrible Dimensional
Guardians is, all the Dimension Box cards (Lunalights,
Frightfur, Superheavy Samurai) that greatly
supported the decks that got it should of been in
Dimensional Guardians. I digress.
Today we get to look at the newest Frightfur Fusion
Monster, and that would be Daredevil. *cough* Kraken
is better *cough*
Daredevil needs an Edge Imp and a Fluffal monster to
summon, which is very easy in Fluffal decks. When
Daredevil destroys a monster by battle, you can
inflict 1000 damage to your opponent. Burn damage is
always nice, and with a 3000 ATK body, you are
likely killing a good amount with this guy. If this
card is destroyed by battle, or it leaves the field
due to an opponent's card effect while its owner
controls it, you can deal 500 damage to your
opponent for each Frightfur in your graveyard. The
latter effect is only once per turn. Again, burn is
always nice and I imagine you can get 500-1500
damage normally off this effect.
This is nice to have for Frigutfurs, but as I
mentioned at the beginning, Kraken is far better,
and I think it needs the exact same Fusion Materials
if I remember correctly.
