Tierra, Source of Destruction

Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must be Special Summoned (from your hand) by shuffling 10 other cards with different names from your hand and/or field into the Deck and/or Extra Deck, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. This card's Special Summon cannot be negated. If this card is Special Summoned: Shuffle all cards into the Deck, except this card, from each player's hand, field, Graveyard, and face-up Pendulum Monsters from the Extra Deck. Neither player can activate cards or effects in response to this effect's activation.

T-REX

This is a scary monster effect wise created seemingly by fusing Apoqliphort Towers and Infernoid Ononcu, or at least from what I can tell.

Basically, Tierra provides a game re-set, and leaves nothing except for itself left on the field, but in addition to this, it also provides you with a 3400 ATK/ 3600 DEF monster to dominate the field with, furthermore, this card cannot have its Summon or effect Negated or Chained to by EITHER player, and this ensures that should you ever get yourself in a position to Summon this that you will actually be able to Summon it and gain its effect.

The real difficulty with using this card is primarily getting the needed cards onto the field or hand, since the initial difficult part is that you must get 10 cards all with different names there in order to be able to Summon it, and then, if you do both you and your opponent are left with no cards in hand, graveyard, field or if you play Pendulums, face-up on top of your Extra Deck.
This means that if you plan to use Tierra, Source of Destruction and want to continue to keep an advantage over your opponent that you'll want some sort of plan to use your Banished cards as a resource... Likely candidates for this would be PSY-Framelord Omega and Gold Sarcophagus.

Rating: 2.5. While its effect is incredible, Summoning it is incredibly difficult, and unless you are going to actually win with its Summon, you may actually be better off by not Summoning it. Fun card and rather cool looking, but not really something for competitive play.

Tierra, Source of Destruction

An ageless rule of Yu-Gi-Oh, and really most games for that matter, is that if a card costs an inordinate amount of resources to summon, then you’re probably already winning and there’s no reason to include the card. The same is true for monsters like Sophia, Goddess of Rebirth and Number 86: Heroic Champion – Rhongomyniad, to name a few. Sure you will probably win if you summon these bad boys, but Yu-Gi-Oh isn’t and never has been a game of all-or-nothing high stakes plays, except for maybe Exodia. OTK’s are discouraged, in fact, and often rooted out through the ban list.

Tierra, Source of Destruction is an extreme example of a monster that looks good on paper, but ends up being either dead weight or an unnecessary extravagance. The only real way to make use of Tierra or Sophia is to run the elaborate OTK involving Yang Zings, Scraps, ABC, Lunalights, Zoodiacs and other randoms. And you all should know how I feel about OTKs by now.
