                          Blue Eyes Toon Dragon eh?
                          O.0

All I can say about this card is if you get it trade
it or sell it for as much as you can. After all that's
what the secret rares are for... right?

Actually this funky looking Dragon could be playable
if you try to combo him off with all the new cards
that allow you to special summon monsters from your
discard pile into play. It could be pretty big to
Monster Reborn this guy into play and bash your
opponent with him. He'll probably get destroyed after
you attack with him once but that should be all you
need to take out your opponent. Just be careful
because if he gets reborned by your opponent it can
                          really hurt.

                          Blue-Eyes Toon Dragon is
perhaps one of the most hyped and sought-after cards,
simply because it's a toon and it's a different form
to an already "cool" monster. However, is this monster
                          actually any good? It depends.
                          There are so many
drawbacks and conditions to toons that playing them is
just kamikaze, really. Despite not being able to be
attacked by any monsters other than other toons,
they're easy to destroy with either magic or
destroying Toon World. Really, toons aren't very good
at all. That said, I suppose that Blue-Eyes Toon
Dragon is the best currently available toon - and he's
also subject to what other toons are subject too.
                          I suggest not making a
toon deck for competitive dueling, but for a fun (I
do mean fun) duel, try it out, for sure.
Blue-Eyes Toon Dragon is the best toon, and a
supremely cool card, for sure. It's simply not all
that great because it's a toon. My rating is
2.7. Toons aren't very good at all. |

Introduction: Woah I can ATK with 3000 of your Life
                          Points directly. Evil
                          isn't it?

This card cannot be summoned unless "Toon World" is on
                          the field. This card
cannot attack in the same turn that it is summoned.
                          Pay 500 Life Points each
time this monster attacks. When "Toon World" is
                          destroyed, this card is
destroyed. If your opponent doesn't control a Toon
                          monster on the field,
this card may inflict Direct Damage to your opponent's
                          Life Points. If a
Toon monster is on the your opponent's side of the
                          field, your attack must
                          target the Toon monster.

Reasons: Today, we look at our 2nd Toon Monster, Blue
                          Eyes Toon Dragon. This
currently is the strongest Toon Monsters. This monster
                          is just huge big and
scary if you can get it out and keep it alive. Well
                          3000 ATK points and a
2500 DEF points is just all out very scary. Especialy
                          when you can attack
your opponent's Life Points directly with it. Though
                          it being a Toon Monster
has a good side, and a bad side. The bad thing is,
                          that without Toon World,
you are pretty much messed up. What makes it a bit
harder is that it is a 2
tribute monster, which makes it a bit difficult to
                          bring out. But if you
build the correct deck, maybe this monster can be
                          used. Maybe even with Lord
of D.? I doubt that though.

Rating: This card has ultimate power on the TV show,
                          but doesn't cut it
here. This card gets a 2.0. It is big bad, but also
awful due to it being 2
tribute monster and a toon that makes it hard to bring
                          out, and keep alive.

                          Conclusion: <Pegasus> I take cards, I don't put this
                          card in my deck <Kaiba>
Your lame (FYI: take your opponent's Blue-Eyes Toon
                          Dragon).

                          Tuesday - Blue Eyes Toon
                          Dragon

Today we look at the second best toon. This has the
same effect as all toons. You cant attack on the turn
that you summon it and you have to pay 500 to attack.

As with all toons, they will be vulnerable for the one
turn that they cannot attack. But with Pharoah's
servant, there was a great card released that can
really save your toons for the one turn that they
cannot attack, which is dimensionhole. This takes
them out of the game for 1 turn, keeping them safe.

As for the Blue Eyes itself, it is the strongest toon
so far. But like the normal counterpart, 2 tributes
makes it harder to get out. You can easily counter
this with Soul Exchange as you wouldn't be able to
attack anyways. If you can keep the Blue Eyes around
for a few turns with a dimensionhole and some magic
jammers, you can take the game in 2-3 turns.

I give this card a 3.7/5. Toon Summoned Skull is
better in my opinion, but with the low selection of
toons available, you should definitely go with this in
your deck if you're playing a toon deck.
