Anti-Raigeki
The first TP3 Super that I pulled. I don't really like cards that counter just one card though, especially if that card is Restricted to one-per-deck. If you draw this card after your opponent already used Raigeki, this card becomes a dead card (unless your opponent uses Magian of Faith to get it back, of course). Well, I guess it's not really a dead card as your opponent might waste a Magic/Trap Removal on it. Now, if you pull it off though, it's like getting a free Raigeki. Fun, but still not worth the trouble. If you get one, just trade/sell it off. Like most TP Supers, it's worth quite a penny.

Anti Raigeki -- Monday
Introduction: "Redirected Thunderbolt"
TP3-002
Normal Trap
When your opponent activates "Raigeki", all of your opponent's monsters are
destroyed in place of your own.

+Counters Raigeki

-Situational/Narrow
Anaylsis: After taking a long absence, I'm back. We start this April week
with Anti Raigeki, a card from Tournament Pack 3. Pretty much this card just redirects
your opponent Raigeki onto themselves destroying their monsters instead of your. However,
this is very situational and narrow of drawing the card in the first place. Getting
this card to stay on the field long enough and actually wait for the Raigeki to
come is unlikely. Since there is only one Raigeki per deck, odds are, this
card will be useless junk in the hand. Actually I believe I figured out the
odds of using it successfully, it comes out to around 1 in 1,280,000,
assuming your opponent is using a 40 card deck. However, this is just
an estimate, so you can try to figure out the actual ratio of the card.
Rating: Totally junk card, just mainly for trading simpily because it is a
Super Rare and it is in Tournament Pack 3. However, like White Hole and
Gryphon Wing, this card is junk. Totally useless to play. Maybe could be
used to decoy your opponent into wasting a Heavy Storm or Mystical Space
Typhoon on it. Pathetic 1.3 rating.
Conclusion: More likely to struck by a thunderbolt than sucessfully use this card.

Anti-Raigeki
WHen the opponent uses Raigeki, you can activate this
to destroy the opponent's monsters instead of yours.
We look at another 1 card counter today. This one
prevents raigeki from destroying your monsters. While
it is defenitely useful if the opponent uses Raigeki,
chances are pretty slim that the opponent will get and
use raigeki when you have this card set. It's just
better to go with the regular magic negating cards
like Imperial order or magic jammer as they can
counter other magic cards besides raigeki.
I give it 1.5/5. Too situational to be good.

Monday - Anti-Raigeki
Any card that targets a specific card is not going to be very good. Add in the fact that the specific card is restricted and you have a terrible card.
This card will hardly ever become used. It will take a large amount of chance and timing for you to pull it off. And for what? Clearing your opponent's field? Not worth the wait. If you want to clear the field play your own Raigeki. There's also Dark Hole, Torrential Tribute, Cyber Jar, and Skull Lair. If you want to counter Raigeki simply use Magic Jammer, Imperial Order, ect.
If you're seriously so scared of Raigeki that you're willing to use Anti-Raigeki, simply use Prohibition instead. At the very least you will beable to do more with it. But even that I don't recommend.
