The A. Forces
For every face-up Warrior-Type and Spellcaster-Type monster on your side of the field, increase the ATK of all Warrior-Type monsters on your side of the field by 200 points.
You wont see many spellcasters in the game right now, so this is most likely only going to count warriors most of the time. And then you usually wont have more than 2 or 3 monsters on the field. So if you're running a pure warrior deck, that usually means a 400 boost to each of your monsters. That small amount of attack boost isn't really worth the space in the deck. I personally think that the two main equip cards (Mage Power and UWS) are enough. Then if you still need more of a boost, I'd go with Axe of Despair. I think anything past that is overkill.
In a warrior deck, I'd give it a 2/5. Not enough benefit comes from this card to make it that playable.

Wednesday - The A. Forces
Continuous Magic
For every face-up Warrior-Type and Spellcaster-Type monster on your side of the field, increase the ATK of all Warrior-Type monsters on your side of the field by 200 points.
Obviously at this time The A. Forces works much better for Warriors rather than Spellcasters. As most of you know, we got some pretty nice Warrior Monsters in LOD. Spellcasters, on the other hand, will have to wait for their day in the sun.
But all in all, The A. Forces really isn't that great of a card. The reason for this is that against an experienced player, you're rarely going to have a Field full of Monsters. And even if you do, it becomes a prime target for Mystical Space Typhoon. The fact that it is a Continuous Magic cards is nice though. You could potentially get multiple uses out of it if your opponent decides not to destroy it, or just can't seem to topdeck that Mystical Space Typhoon, Heavy Storm, or Harpie's Feather Duster.
If anything, just keep one or two in your Side Deck. That's if you're deck is a Warrior beatdown.

The A. Forces, 7/2/03:
Immediately it's obvious that this card is only useful for about 1 to 2 turns, and only as a swarm card. With only one warrior/spellcaster on the field, he receives a petty 200 PT gain. With two on the field, they only receive 400 PTs, and you can still do better with a normal field card. With three on the field, you're just asking for some kind of mass removal (torrential tribute), and they still only gain 600 PTs each, which makes for 1800 PT upgrade total. Why not just use UWS for 2400 PT increase?
Well, there are immediately a few obvious combos with this card, anyway:
Marauding Captain + A Warrior/Spellcaster + The A. Forces: a 1600-ATK monster and a second monster anywhere from 2200 (Gearfried) to 2700 (GAF). A pity that the only decent Spellcaster-type beatdown monsters are Gemini Elf and Kycoo, and that only Warrior-types get bonuses from The A. Forces card anyway.
Marauding Captain + Marauding Captain + A Warrior/Spellcaster + The A. Forces: Luckily, although this combo uses four cards, it gives you three monsters, each of which (assuming the third is a warrior) get a 600-PT boost. So you have two 1800-ATK Captains that can't be attacked, and either a Warrior that's decently powerful that can't be attacked or a Spellcaster who's there for no good reason. Well, at least this boosts Gearfried up to 2400, GAF up to 2900 (O_O), and, uh... Hayabusa up to 1600. Well, that's not bad at all. Of course, Torrential Tribute still kicks this combo's butt.
Scapegoat + DNA Surgery (Warrior) + The A. Forces: Well, 4 monsters give all the scapegoats an 800-PT boost, so if the field is clear you can do 3600 damage... adding Gaia Power makes all the little goats 1300 ATK for a total of 5200 damage... of course, this is all assuming the field is clear. Besides, since DNA Surgery's a trap this combo is slow. Not to mention Imperial Order can just negate the ATK bonus. Either that or Reverse Trap.
If anybody finds any better combos with this card I'll be packing my Reverse Trap deck ready to beat you with. ^_^
Well, this looks like it could be an interesting card if the right swarm strategies are used, but for the moment it's just not that good because it relies on monsters being on the field. That and it's a permanent Magic card. The very fact that this card relies on other cards just to even WORK, and just for a few petty ATK point increases, makes it unplayable.

Wednesday: The A. Forces
Continuous Magic
For every face-up Warrior-Type and Spellcaster-Type monster on your side of the field, increase the ATK of all Warrior-Type monsters on your side of the field by 200 points.
Well lets see, with one of these cards on the field and 5 warriors or Spellcasters face-up on the field, the most each warrior would gain is 1000 atk, if you had three A. Forces out at once (highly unlikely) then they would gain 3000 atk, but there's not much of a chance your going to have more than 2-4 warrior/Spellcasters out and more than one A. Force in play at any given time, so I would rather not use this card in a tournament deck. Besides the card not being that powerful, the name
reminds me of the old T.V. show The A Team with Mr.T, which nobody reading this would probably remember.
