Fengsheng Mirror
Look at your opponent's hand. Select and discard 1 Spirit monster to the Graveyard if Spirit monsters exist in his/her hand.
Obviously, this is for side deck purposes only. Spirit decks are rare and using this card just to counter a yata garasu makes it too circumstantial. So I'd keep it in the side deck in case of the off chance you do run into a spirit deck. A well built spirit deck can be very deadly, and you want to stop any plans the opponent has for you as soon as possible. At the very least, you get to see your opponent's hand, which alone could make it playable.
I'd give it a 2.3/5. The only time I would use this in the main deck is maybe in a hand disruption deck where you could look at the opponent's hand before deciding if you wanted to use something like delinquent duo.

Today we take a short look at another very situational card. Are there any good reasons to play it? Not really.
The only card that it will be somewhat effective against is Yata Garusu. The problem is, what are the chances that they will be holding it in their hand? Add in the fact that Yata Garusu is soon to be restricted to one, and it doesn't look good. But when you do discard it, it's not coming back easily. Keep in mind Confiscation can do all of this and much, much more.
Although Yata Garusu isn't the only good spirit, it's the most game changing one. As soon as it hits the discard pile, a sigh of relief will follow.
