Thursday - Spiritual Energy Settle Machine
As long as this card remains face-up on the field, all Spirit monsters remain face-up on the field and do not return to their owners' hands during the End Phase even if they are Summoned or flipped face-up. Discard 1 card from your hand during each of your End Phases to keep this card's effect active. If you cannot discard, this card is destroyed. If this card is destroyed or removed from the field, all face-up Spirit monsters must return to the owners' hands immediately.

Like I said in the last CotD, Spirits aren't worth building a deck around (For tournament play, that is). And if it wasn't for one small Monster, this card would surely not help the cause...
Even without the End Phase cost, Spiritual Energy Settle Machine still wouldn't be a card that's worth abusing. When you add in the fact that you must discard a card from your hand at the end of each of your turns, it becomes awful.
Most Yu-Gi-Oh players don't realize that using cards that discard other card(s) from your hand as a cost, is one of the worst disadvantages you can set up your deck with. Hand management is crucial in winning games versus top duelists.
You should usually stay away from cards that will set yourself up for an opposing Yata Garusu - Lock. That's the easiest win you can give to your opponent.
Although, there is one little Monster that can change all of this for Spiritual Energy Settle Machine. It's called Sinister Serpent. If it wasn't for Sinister Serpent, Spiritual Energy Settle Machine would be another janky Common card that wouldn't even see play in casual decks. Because of him, casual Spirit decks can be quite fun without having to throw your hand management out the window.
Just keep in mind that due to all the Magic/Trap destruction that exists on the tournament scene, it's not something that will be winning competitive games left and right.
