Thunder Nyan Nyan
If there is a non-LIGHT monster on your side of the field, this face-up card is immediately destroyed.
Obviously, this card is best used in a all light deck. However, you can effectively use this in a mixed deck if you play intelligently. If you cant afford something like Gemini Elf, you can use this as a substitute. If so, you're best using this at the start of the game or when your field is clear. I
don't recommend that you do this, but if you just don't
have the cash to spend for the more expensive beatdown monsters, experiment with this card.
Now if you are using a light deck, this card is perfect. Light decks are certainly a viable decktype especially with the right powerups.
I'd give this card a 4/5 in light decks, a 1.5/5 in a non-light deck. |

Note: Last week, in my review of the card “Bottomless Trap Hole”, I said that I couldn’t think of a decent monster with an attack between 1000 and 1500 other than Hayabusa Knight… I was referring to thinking of one immediately, off the top of my head… there definitely are others - White Magical Hat, Witch of the Black Forest, etc.… STOP SENDING ME EMAILS ABOUT IT!!!!!!
Now, On to the review
Thunder Nyan Nyan [Thunder/Effect]
Effect: If there is a non-LIGHT monster on your side of the field,
this face-up card is immediately destroyed.
Light/4/1900/800
I give this card a "meh" at best... sure, 1900 attack/level 4... but you cant play it without a light monster on the field... I suppose you could play it, have it destroyed and then reborn it... but
that's kind of a waste of a Reborning card...
I give this card a 2/5 - If you can pull if off, it'll work wonders... IF... |
