combine your graveyard cards with your own deck,
shuffle them and form a new deck.

Penguin Knight is very specific as to what it
accomplishes. It combats one deck type that is
certainly lacking at the moment, Deck Destruction.
If you so happen to have a friend or two that
run a Deck Destruction variant, then it would be a
good idea to pop a couple of these into your Side
Deck.
In a more competitive
metagame, running Penguin Knight in your Side
Deck won't be necessary. Of course this could all
change in the near future. ;)
Penguin Knight is even
less playable in Limited. Why's that? You know how
hard it is to build a decent Deck Destruction deck
in Constructed, think about how amazing your pulls
would have to be in order to make even a
terrible version of the deck in Limited.
