*sigh* ONE of the few
cards that I haven't opened in my boxes yet =[
I really wanted to
try this card out for many reasons. First, the
fact that I can use his ability during EITHER
player's turn is AMAZING. Think about it,
remove 2 DARK monsters (and trust me, we already
have PLENTY of dark monsters in our decks any
ways) and save your Strike Ninja from a Dark
Hole, Raigeki, Change of Heart, whatever he
wants to do with it. Seems pretty good right?
well like all other cards, there are Pros/Cons
Pros
+ It's a 1700 4 star
Warrior
+ It's effect can be
used during either player's turn
+ Your opponent has
to think twice before using Tribe Infecting
Virus, Raigeki, etc...
+ JUST 2 Dark
Monsters? a lot easier than Dark AND a Light
+ By removing only 2 DARK monsters, you can
save ur Ninja from almost anything
Cons
- Dark monsters
include Witch of the Black Forest, Sangan,
Magicial Scientist, etc...
- After Fiber Jar,
the deck loses a LOT of it's strength
- Sometimes you just
don't have 2 Dark Monsters
- Only 1700 ATK
which means Kycoo the Ghost Destroyer can kill
him
Put this card into
the "great effects but too situational" cards of
the Yu Gi Oh meta-game. *sigh*
I was soo exicted to
hear that this card will be printed. I thought
this card was VERY good. Then I got to play the
Chaos Empress Dragon and Black Luster Soldier.
You never want to have them IF you have no Dark
and Light monsters in your Graveyard. I never
realized it would be that hard. And even if you
run 3 DD Warrior Ladies, you never have enough
Light monsters IN YOUR GRAVEYARD to bring out
one of those huge monsters. But back to the
Ninja; this card needs to be ONLY summoned if
you have 2 Dark Monsters in your graveyard.
Then you can use his effect and not worry about
any thing else. I don't know if this effect can
be used during Battle Phase (so if Fiber Jar was
activated, you can remove 2 dark monsters to
save him and bring him back to the field,
etc...) but if you can, then this card has great
advantages.
I don't know what
else to say about this card. It seems good but
it's not the greatest. Try it though. Remember
that this card can be used both turns.

Best Situation
Your opponent only
has two cards in his hand (Dark Hole and
Sinister Serpent); you only have Yata Garasu and
he already Time Sealed you. He has to play Dark
Hole to prevent the "Yata-Lock." You have 2
Dark Monsters in your Graveyard. He actiavtes
Dark hole on his turn; you remove two dark
monsters. He sets Sinister Serpent and ends
turn. You get to bring back Strike Ninja and
then summon Yata-Garasu to get ur opponent into
a Yata-Lock ^^
