dawnyoshi Daedalus. Wow, finally a decent sea serpent monster.

Actually, he's more than decent. He's a 2600 ATK leviathan, he can nuke the field in a heartbeat...what's not to love about this guy in a water deck? With Legendary Ocean, he's also level 6. Yeesh, so much water power. And yet, still so many beat control decks out there...try him out already! --;;;

Constructed: 4/5

Limited: 1.5/5

You won't be pulling off his effect in limited, so he's just a 2600 ATK monster that's ultra rare...which can be fulfilled by getting big koala in the draft. No thank you.
ExMinion OfDarkness Thursday:
Levia-Dragon - Daedalus

This is the reason people are playing A Legendary Ocean decks. That card makes this a 2800 one-tribute with a big fat nuke built in. And if you get another ALO, you get another field-clear. That's REALLY good for this card.

Unless a Waboku got chained to his removal effect, you're most likely attacking for 2600 direct (because the ALO's off the field now.) That's a big chunk of LP. One other thing to keep in mind -- this guy has priority. It's a cost-activated effect during your own Main Phase (just like CED, X-Force, TiV, BLS-E...) so if they chain T-Trib, you can still use your A Legendary Ocean card to destroy everything else on the field.

Water decks got REALLY powerful. With A Legendary Ocean, you have all of the following: This guy, a 2050 3-star, a 2650 and 2600 4-star (Giga Giggagio and Terrorking Salmon if I'm not mistaken), a 1700 direct attacker (Bugroth MK-3), and just blatant raw power.

I'd watch out for those M/T killers though...

5/5 in a Water deck, 1/5 elsewhere.
Tranorix Thursday: Levia-Dragon – Daedalus

Leviadragon is simply great. He's the best (not to mention one of the only...stupid Konami...) Sea Serpent in the entire game, hands down. He’s Witchable. He gets boosted from ALO, which makes him a one tribute 2800. And he has an awesome effect.

You can send the field card Umi (and yes, A Legendary Ocean works with this too) to the Graveyard to destroy everything but Leviadragon. This virtually guarantees you a free 2600 damage to your opponent's Life Points. And here’s a tip for all of you whiners who say "but he destroys your cards too": Don't use his effect if you have cards you don’t want to destroy!

Leviadragon has massive field clearing, great ATK, and nice artwork to boot. He's certainly one of the best cards in IoC. Have a Water deck? Play Leviadragon.

Typical tournament deck: 1.5/5
Water deck: 5/5
OVERALL RATING: 3.3/5
