Cyber Twin Dragon
Cyber Twin Dragon is a really strong Fusion Monster
who can attack twice per turn. The restriction on
its summoning, of course, only applies if you’re
Fusion Summoning the monster – so it’s a much better
idea simply to use Metamorphosis to bring it out.
Say your opponent has a face-down monster on the
field and nothing else. You happen to topdeck
BLS-EotB. Well, summon the Soldier and remove that
face-down, then Metamorphose your BLS into Cyber
Twin Dragon and attack for 5600 damage. That’s a
best-case scenario.
There really isn’t a worst-case scenario as this is
a Fusion, and there is no limit to the number of
monsters you can have in your Fusion Deck (well,
three of every Fusion in the game). Run three.

Cyber Twin Dragon
Wow, this is like the set of Broken Fusions or
something.
The key thing to remember with Cyber Twin Dragon is
that you can STILL bring him out via Metamorphosis
-- the text on him only disallows Fusion
Substitutes, much like Balter and Senshi. So instead
of talking about doing it the loser way
(Polymerization), I'll talk about something that
might actually come up in gameplay -- the
Metamorphosis or Cyber-Stein uses.
There are honestly three times where this card would
come out:
*You summon BLS-Envoy, remove something, then Morph
for this to try to win the game that turn
*You jack your opponent's BLS-Envoy, remove
something, then Morph so they don't get their
Soldier back
*You know that Cyber-Stein will win you the game so
you pay the 5000 to do 5600 for a win
With the recent lifting on the restriction on Fusion
deck size (we can go back over 60 again, yay!),
there's NO reason not to use a Fusion you have
available to you in your Fusion deck. I'll let the
other reviewers score this card normally.
I'm giving this card a 5/5 all around, as there is
NO detriment to playing it WHATOSEVER, unless they
come out with some weird card that says "do 50
damage to your opponent for every card in their
Fusion Deck" or something.

Cyber Twin Dragon
I told you we’d be getting to Cyber Dragon’s fusions
at the end of the week, and given that today’s card
is Cyber Twin Dragon, the lesser of the two fusions,
I’ll venture a guess at the statement that you won’t
figure out tomorrow’s card…
Let’s mix things up and start with CTD’s effect: It
can attack twice. With that said, CTD is a 2800 ATK
Machine. This means you can have a double attacking
2800 ATK monster in most cases, an awesome thing to
have. Or, if you want to be fancy, you can use
upwards to 3 Limiter Removals, to gain a 5600,
11200, or 22400 ATK monster the can deal damage
twice a turn, depending on the number of Limiter
Removals you have available at the time.
Needless to say, the prospect of a 22400 twice
attacking monster is enough to dream about and end
this review. I’d take the time to mention that CTD
is a Fusion of 2 Cyber Dragons (gasp), but most
people will probably use Cyber-Stein or
Metamorphosis instead. You could go through the
trouble of using Power Bond/Polymerization/The Light
- Hex-Sealed Fusion to "properly"
summon it, but why would you do that when you COULD
be using those to summon Cyber End Dragon?
In conclusion, if you have a way to summon CTD AND
you can double its ATK a few times, put it in your
Fusion Deck.
Advanced: 4.5/5. Yep.
Traditional: 4.5/5. See Advanced.
Overall: 4.5/5.
Art: 5/5. WAY more vicious/cool looking than it’s
End brethren.

Wow. The folks at Konami are utter geniuses. Let’s
place that nomi restriction on the Elemental Heroes.
However, when it comes to the level 8 fusion monster
that has Hayabusa Knight’s effect, we’ll just make
it impossible to summon through Polymerization.
However, we’ll make it a morph target.
Yeah right. Like Envoy needed to be even more stupid
than it was before. =/
Seriously. This card is just…dumb. Really dumb. It’s
so good in the morph decks out there. I cannot
seriously believe Konami actually released something
like this. How stupid!
Traditional: X/5 (fusions are your call here. I
don’t see it being that useful, but eh…)
Advanced: 4/5 (SO DUMB)
Limited: 1/5 (like you can draft this, two cyber
dragons, AND a power bond…)

Cyber Twin Dragon
Despite getting a perfect rating for reasons that
are obvious to anyone with a copy of Metamorphosis
and RONIN, this card is awesome. Currently, the
strongest 8 Star fusion in the game isn't out in
English. Useless trivia by itself. This is the
fusion capable of doing the most damage with a
direct field by itself, though.
Oh, and people may have wondered why I think
Nephthys is briefly going to make a comeback with
this card. OTK's generally don't get built into a
deck as easily and themelessly as they do with Cyber
Twin Dragon. Here's the trick.
Summon Nephthys. Have your opponent send him to
hell.
Next turn of yours, Nephthys gets summoned out.
Clear your opponent's monsters in the form of your
choice.
Morph Nephthys into Cyber Twin Dragon and attack
directly for 5600.
At this point, either a Premature Burial or a Ring
of Destruction will end the game. Premature Burial
to get back Nephthys and attack with Cyber Twin
Dragon for 8000 total, or Ring of Destruction with
Cyber Twin Dragon to get a pretty 8400 damage total.
On a side note, I should mention how hilarious it is
when this guy hits a Spirit Reaper. :(
If you seriously want to Fusion Summon him... Well,
I'll get around to exactly why that is a horrible
idea and should never, ever happen tomorrow (guess
what we're reviewing), but for now, think about it
like this: Two completely unsearchable Fusion
Monsters that you cannot substitute for with King of
the Swamps. That makes... Well, that makes a bad
monster to Fusion summon.
Hmm, I just summarized something I took a paragraph
or two to write out in two sentences. Hurah.
Anyway, if you have him he needs to go in your
Fusion deck. Unlike the crap like Master of Oz where
you can't actually expect to summon them ever
without dedicating a few cards in your deck to it,
this is not only a likely monster to be summoned in
a pinch, but it's a very very good one. And since
the limit on Fusion decks has been removed... Yeah.
All formats (including Limited and Draft, and in
them especially because he offsets the cost of
entry): 5/5

Cyber Twin Dragon is a Fusion and this one MAY be
worth taking a look at, until you see tomorrows card
which anyone who knows anything should know by now,
which will make this card look like crap.
So, two 2800 attacks a turn is good...two 5600
attacks in a turn is damn fine. Use it if you run
Cyber Dragon, or not...
Ratings:
4.5/5 Cyber Dragon
You stay classy, Planet Earth :)

What's happening people? I have to make this review
nice, short, and to the point because I am leaving
for Gencon in a few hours!
Cyber twin dragon is the second Level 8 Morphable
monster introduced into the Tcg, which means snatch
stealing your opponents BLS, removing their f/d
monster from play, and then morphing him, is MUCH
better. Seeing as how on an open field, this guy
unloads 5600 damage. Ouch.
It's a fusion, so there isn't that much to say about
it really. I mean, if you get 1 or 2 of these
(Ideally 3 though), I wouldn't trade them, but
That's just me. But them in your fusion deck, they
will most likely come in hand more then Gatling
Dragon.
Traditional: 3/5 Morph pwns big here.
Advanced: 3/5 Again, Morph is good here to, and it
works with Cyber Stein OTK's as well =/.
