ExMinion OfDarkness	Fortress Whale Just...ew. Again, we fall in the category of "50 cards that do it better", because instead of burning 3 cards (Ritual + sacrifice + monster) to throw out a 2350 ATKer, you can play uh...any Monarch, Jinzo, Summoned Skull even, Dark Ruler Ha Des... Sorry for being so short with this, but rituals (except for Relinquished, and MAYBE except for the new ones we'll get in SOI) have always been bad. This one particularly so. 1/5 all
dawnyoshi	Rituals like this are a pile of crap. Manju of the Ten-Thousand Hands is crying if you are searching out HORRIBLE ritual cards such as this. Advanced: 1/5 Traditional: 1/5
Bob Doily	Fortress Whale review Well, how to put this? It’s a ritual…. It has no effect….. It’s horrible? No reason to ever run this card competitively, if you feel like making a character deck, or playing it for fun, by all means go for it. But I’m just sad that this card waste a TP slot, but at the same time I’m glad since I don’t live near a store that has TP packs. Traditional: 0.01/5 Advanced: 1x10^-10/5
Dark Paladin	Fortress Whale's Oath we look at today is a ritual Magic for a very crappy card, Fortress Whale. I'm sorry, but you shouldn't play this, just don't. All that investing for a 2350 Special summon...just no. Ratings: 1/5 all around You stay classy, Planet Earth :)
Dark Maltos	Fortress Whale Ritual cards have only caught my eye when they have obscene attack ( masked beast / Shinato), or a beautiful effect ( Relinquished / Paladin of White Dragon ) , and unfortunately this one has neither, in fact he was replaced before he came out by a lil known card called Crab Turtle, back in Spell Ruler I believe. When Joey was offered both Fortress whale and legendary fisherman in the anime, he was reluctant to take ‘Both’ , not because he felt guilty about taking Mako’s Soul card, its just that he didn’t want the Whale to stink up his binder …. Traditional ; 1/5 - So playable… Advanced ; 1/5 Yeah right…. Art ; 2/5 - A gun fish, how .…Dark….
Ryoga	Fortress Whale: Its blue. I hate it already. This has no effect, so you shouldn't use it. It requires a Ritual Spell, so shouldn't use it. It requires 7 stars worth of tribute (ie. two cards) for a monster that can be eaten by Mobius (often requiring -1 cards to use), so you shouldn't use it. This is crud and doesn't even deserve to be on a stick. However, I will admit that I do not automatically hate the Rituals in SOI. They have potential and sound interesting. They might even be worth the resource investment. Traditional: 1/5 Advanced: 1/5 Share and enjoy, Ryoga
Rj	=/. Rituals aren't good enough to play yet, at least the ones I've heard of ^_~. In casual, this is cool, but anything else, just don't waste your time. Traditional -- I would say -389479387598237492837/5, but I don't want bill to backhand me ;p. So 1/5. Constructed -- 1/5 Casual -- Rituals are the $h!t in casual, 5/5. -RJ
