Warrior Elimination

This one's a legitimate side-deck choice for some people.

All I heard people complaining about over the last month was how everyone's running cookie-cutter warriors. We don't have Tribe-Infecting Virus anymore, but we have this.

There are still better options though; Kinetic Soldier instantly comes to mind. Why kill the Warriors with a spell when you can punish them for playing Warriors and rip through all of them?

I still see newer players who don't have Kinetics using this as a poor-man's Raigeki against the cookie-cutter decks.

1/5 Traditional
2.25/5 Advanced

dawnyoshi Warrior Elimination looks like it would love to be played in this environment, but restrictive face-up limited removal just doesn’t cut it in this format. Most good players will not be massively over-extending with multiple warriors anyway, so this card will almost always be an equal trade with your opponent’s cards. If this is the case, then just run Smashing Ground or some other form of solid removal. It’s infinitely better.

Warrior Elimination review

So today we are looking at the nifty tech card of Warrior Elimination. The effect is simple, destroy all face up warriors. Obviously this is only good against a warrior deck. So most likely this would only see play as a tech against Toolbox warrior decks. It’s nice because it’s something that can be used to punish them for over-extending and can be used to generate advantage. Other than that this card has no real use.

Advanced: 2.7/5

Dark Paladin
Now, Warrior Elimination...this is at least a decent card. You're bound to run into a Warrior Deck. It's a 1 for 1 if you destroy just one card. Everyone after that is a +1 in your favor.

Go ahead and try to side one if you can.

Ratings:

Side-deck: 3.6/5 all around

Main-deck: 2.0/5 There's still DD Assailant, Warrior Lady, etc to deal with

You stay classy, Planet Earth :)

Dark Maltos
Warrior Elimination

This lil number was released to co inside with Warriors Triumph, and rightly so. Look forward to ‘Last day of the witch’ if you manage to get your hands on one.( its out)

Specific destruction is generally not good, but this card is different.

Warrior toolbox is a crime to fight against, and this lil number could be a great side against such a deck, particularly against a Warrior - Heavy Meta.

Of course, most of the time it’s a dead draw but if you manage to get a couple of warriors with it, ( more than likely with all the swarm) I think its worth it.

Traditional : 1 / 5 Too much non - specific destruction here to make is possible.

Advanced : 2/5 There is slight playability in the side deck.

Art ; 4/5 for doing what it says on the tin, it would be 5/5 if the dude with the scope wasn’t aiming for the guy’s armour.

Warrior Elimination:
Well, since Konami gave us so many Warrior supports, it only makes sense to give us the opposite.

Provided your opponent plays Warriors, this card can be Raigeki's little brother. It can even be a 1-4-1 in many normal games since so many warriors are played by most every deck. However, as you will also likely be playing warriors, it might not be the greatest thing in the world to use (more Dark Hole). And Smash/Fissure is more reliable in your normal game.

Use this in the side deck for against Warrior Weenie Rush and maybe Toolbox.

Traditional: 2/5
Advanced: 3/5

Share and enjoy,
Ryoga
