VW-Tiger
Catapult
And here we see that the new alphabet monsters still
suck.
XY, YZ, XZ, and XYZ let you discard cards to destroy
cards, whether it be face-ups, face-downs, S/Ts, or
anything at all, but what do you get for your
discard with VW? A battle position change. So
essentially we have a card that lets you turn any
card into your hand into an Enemy Controller. Which
can help, because his 2000 ATK can handle the DEF
but not the ATK of some often-played monsters (Cyber
Dragon, Mobius).
The problem is that this isn't even a 1:1 unless you
KNOW you're going to kill the monster and wouldn't
otherwise, or you're targeting Reaper (which is a
possibility) or Gorilla (which I doubt you'd see
right now.) In order to justify playing two cards in
combination, you should gain back those two cards in
advantage elsewhere. This doesn't do that.
Cards like this are never going to see the play the
original creators had intended, given what we have
now. ...actually, I don't think any of the alphabet
monsters are EVER going to see play no matter WHAT
gets restricted but maybe that's just me.
1/5 all.

FUSION: “V-Tiger Jet”+ “W-Wing Catapult”/This card
can only be Special Summoned from your Fusion Deck
by removing from play the above cards on your side
of the field. (You do not use “Polymerization”) By
discarding
1 card from your hand, change the battle position of
1 monster on your opponent’s side of the field.
(Flip Effects are not activated at this
time)
Today we come to a Fusion, VW-Tiger Catapult, the
weakest of the fusions between those two monsters,
or any two of the XYZ monsters with only 2000
attack. However, the ability to change the posistion
of your opponent's monster in the Battle Phase is in
a word...sweetness.
Furthermore, for a little added protection, if you
activate this effect, the flip effect of the monster
(if one) does NOT apply. Of course keep in mind like
any XYZ monster that this requires you to have a
card to discard in order to activate the effect.
Ratings:
4/5 anywhere in its own deck, as it's completely
necessary
4.5/5 anywhere in its VWXYZ Dragon Catapult Cannon
deck

You stay classy, Planet Earth :)

VW-Tiger
Catapult
Hm, changing battle positions is stupid in this
format. Its too hard to get out. Use a better fusion
like Gatling ;p.

VW
Tiger Catapult
Of all the VWXYZ, this is my least favourite. Battle
position change for a cost is nothing compared to
destroying the card
The VW cards made the XYZ deck more unstable than it
already was, and I don’t really welcome them as an
addition , although V tiger get does look cool its
unreachable, and although the catapult is , it can
only unionise with the jet.
1/5 Traditional - Nope
1.5/5 Advanced - It could happen
Art : 3,5/5 - Not bad.
