Elemental Hero Flame Wingman
Thanks to Yu-Gi-Oh GX, we get a new wave of
Blue-Eyes White Dragon...in terms of n00bs drooling
over a card that is really horrible and should never
see play.
If you're going to summon an E-Hero, and you're
using Fusion Substitutes, there's no reason not to
go for Elemental Hero Shining Flare Wingman, as you
can substitute in place of E-Hero Flame Wingman in
the Fusion Summon.
You're still giving up 3 cards to get crap and a
half in monster form with either this OR Shining
Flare, with no protection effects (although a nice
burn effect.) It could do some actual damage -- that
is, if there's no Bottomless Trap Hole down, no
Sakuretsu Armor, no Mirror Force, no Torrential
Tribute, and no Smashing Ground to follow up next
turn. Which is really unlikely as you see those
cards in every deck.
1/5 like wh0a.

To
close the week, we have something for you Elemental
Hero fans, Jaden's favorite Fusion, Elemental Hero
Flame Wingman! I believe Flame Wingman to be the
third best Elemental Hero fusion. First would be the
Shining Flame Wingman (2500 atk and 300 pts. boost
for each Hero in the
Grave) and Tempest is second.
If it destroys a monster, the opponent takes damage
equal to that monsters attack points. Flame Wingman
only has 2100 attack but a possibly 3100 with
Skyscraper and 2600 with Molten Destruction. Not
much else to say.
Ratings:
4.5/5 Elemental Hero Why not 5/5? It only has 2100
attack, which is a bit low but brings a balance to a
powerful card.
Art: 4.5/5 Shining Flame Wingman also has better art
You stay classy, Planet Earth :)

Elemental Hero Flame Wingman:
I may have mentioned my dislike of fusions at some
point.
That continues to apply here. However, from an EHero
standpoint, this guy isn't that bad. 2100 is a
workable ATK, though 2200 would be better, and, in
effect, he always attacks directly. It's just that
sometimes he takes a monster down while doing it.
Damage is generally considered a good thing to do to
your opponent, so this is generally a good card. If
EHeroes are viable, this is a decent option from
among them, unlike certain other cleanminded EHeroes
I could mention. However, he doesn't provide any
particular advantage for the effort required to
summon him, so I still don't like fusions.
Traditional: 1/5
Advanced: 2/5 until such times as EHeroes work
Share and enjoy,
Ryoga

Flame Wingman
Oh, E- Hero fusions…yum…
Of all the E heroes, from what I’ve seen, Jaden uses
this one the most, and its is a pretty nifty lil
monster.
Basically, whenever this monster destroys another in
battle, its virtually like attacking them directly,
so normally at most you’ll take 2100, not bad
considering.
Besides that, he’s an E hero which, after EOJ, will
see a lo more play, so if you give him his time
he’ll pull out ok
Traditional (e hero) : 5/5
Advanced (e hero) : 5/5
