White-Horned Dragon
Ahh, the money card of the McDonald's set. Too bad
it wasn't a foil, or I would have scaled out like 20
already.
White-Horned Dragon is a great raw ATK tribute for
the late game. Odds are, most opponents will have
played around 5 Spells if you get past the first few
turns. If you're actually able to remove 5 Spells
when this guy's Summoned, he'll be at a whopping
3700 ATK for a single Tribute.
I'll tell you this though -- if you play it, I
wouldn't play more than one. Your average opponent
only has between 12-15 Spells in their whole deck,
and if regular games don't even get to where a
player's gone through half their deck, then this guy
will only get his effect off to its fullest one time
in a game.
It's good, but not tournament-breaking.

Today we look at a Rare from the McDonald's set,
White Horned Dragon, a card some people have really
wanted for a long time. For those of you who play a
competitive Dragon deck, this may be a good tribute
option for you.
White Horned Dragon is a Dark monster with 2200
attack points, which is a little lower than we
traditionally see in a Tribute monster, but...you
can remove up to five Magic cards from your
opponent's Graveyard to give him 300 extra attack
per card removed.
Now, the boost seems to be permanent, if it isn't
I'm sure we will be told, eventually. That means
your 2200 attack one tribute Dragon now has a
ferocious 3700 attack points. Have fun tangling with
that beast.
Obviously, White Horned Dragon is made to be used
mid to late game where your opponent is going to
have five Magic cards, but even removing one gives
you 2500 attack which is enough to take out pesky
Monarchs or Jinzo and such.

White Horned Dragon:
Wow! It can be big!
As far as I can tell, the ATK bonus is permanent.
Hence, this is a mid-game god. Yes, it is able to be
destroyed like anything else, but clearing your
opponent's Graveyard was probably worth it. And
every so often, you'll get a massive attack through,
and that's what makes it worth it.

I am biased, but the fact it shuts down a late game
magician of faith while providing us with a 1
tribute/special summon monster with potentially more
than 3000 attack makes me happy inside. Plus its
picture is damn fine:)

White-Horned Dragon
White-Horned Dragon was originally
released in Japan a while back. It has an impressive
effect with good ATK and DEF. His effect activates
when he is Normal Summoned or Special Summoned.
That’s awesome.
His ATK power peaks at 3700. Even if
the opponent has only 1 Spell card you still get a
2500 ATK monster on the field. That’s good. He’s
like a Bazoo in a way, where you get to choose how
powerful he gets. I like this card more and more
every time I think about it.
Besides his obvious benefits he’s a
Dark attribute which makes him perfect for Strike
Ninja decks. Whether by Tribute summon or Special
Summon via Premature Burial or Return from the
Different Dimension he gets an ATK boost as long as
there are Spells in your opponent’s Graveyard.
You’re not foaming at the mouth yet? You better be.
Last Word:
This card rocks. 1-Tribute for a
potential 3700 ATK? Nice. If you want to be negative
about it, at the VERY least you get a 2500 ATK
monster that kills Monarchs. Like this card yet?
