1 face-up monster on your side of the field that has
"LV" in its card name to the Graveyard to activate
this card. Special Summon the monster that is
written in the card's text of that monster from your
hand or Deck, ignoring the Summoning conditions."

Today we look at Level Up!
Level Up is a very simple card, yet, may NOT be so
simple. Allow me to explain. This card is a -1 even
though it allows your Level monster to Level Up, as
the name suggests.
You sacrifice this card, along with the monster, to
Special Summon the next Level monster from your Hand
or Deck, and ignore the summoning conditions, if
any.
Let's go over that, shall we?
Special Summon = good
Hand or Deck = good
Ignoring Summoning Conditions (if any) = good
One big drawback is not being able to retrieve a
copy from the Graveyard, especially if that's where
all your copies lie. Honestly, you're probably
better off just waiting and summoning the next Level
normally. The only Level Deck this might work well
in is Silent Magician, and that's still a bit of a
stretch.
Ratings:
1.5/5 As it does what it says, but it's a negative
resource.

Level Up!
This is one of the support cards for the LV
monsters. It gives them a way to break out the big
levels easily and get their devastating effects that
much easier. Horus, Armed Dragon, Silent Swordsman
and even Mystic Swordsman can all make use of this
card. I don't use it because I think that it is
almost a waste of space. It is just too situational
for most of the level decks to use.
