Anyway, Cry Havoc is our card for today, and it's an
interesting Continuous Trap, even though it only
works with Vanilla monsters. You can remove a Normal
monster you control in your Graveyard, to Normal
Summon or set a Normal Monster from your Hand.
Cry Havoc isn't bad...really, even though it only
deals with Normal monsters. It does, have it's
problems, however. Don't get me wrong, removing
something small to summon a Dark Magician or a Blue
Eyes White Dragon is awesome. However, the monster
has to be in your Hand, and this is a Continuous
Trap Card...that's not good.
If it could be a monster from your Deck and/or
Graveyard too, we might have something here. Plus,
you can only activate it during your Main Phase. If
it could be during either turn, or either Battle
Phase, we would definately have a playable
card...maybe.

Cry Havoc!
This is an odd little trap for Normals...the more
Normals you get in your Graveyard, the more free
summons you get. It adds some late-game swarming
power, especially if you can get a hand full of many
normals through Heart of the Underdog.
I can even see a potential combo deck with it -- a
crapload of normals, 3 of this, 3 Heart of the
Underdog, and Cannon Soldier. It'd take a lot of
tinkering with it to make it consistent, but if you
can overload your hand with monsters, you could
possibly have a new rogue OTK.
It definitely gives Normals a much-needed boost.

Well this is an interesting card. It is a kind of
limiting, more balanced version of Ultimate
Offering. You get to remove a Monster in your
graveyard from play in order to normal summon or set
a normal monster from your hand. This is most
noticeably useful fro Gemini monsters, as you can
normal summon the gemini with the effect far more
easily. Unfortunately, A normal deck and a gemini
deck likes to have their monsters in the graveyard
for revival, not removal. A good attempt, but it
just falls short witht he cost.

Thursday- Cry Havoc!
Casual- I kind of like this card. It's rather
interesting. I wasn't able to find rulings through
Netrep or the Wikia, but I'll assume this allows you
to do an extra normal summon. It reminds me a lot of
Ultimate Offering, a card that is restricted. You
could possibly summon a field full of Gadgets in a
turn, while loading the removed from game pile to
special summon with a broken card like Return or
Dimension Fusion.
Best case scenario- Magical Merchant dumps five
monsters to the graveyard. Remove each to summon a
Gadget, play Limiter Removal for game! A++
