We open the week with another
Secret Rare from Light of Destruction, this one
being Fossil Dyna Pachycephalo...say it with me
Pachy-ceph-a-lo.
Anyway, this sort of seems like a waste of a
Secret spot, but let's see.
Our female Dinosaur friend is
somewhat appropriately a Rock-type monster, who is
Level 4, with a miserable 1200 attack and an equally
paltry 1300 defense.
This card has two effects.
The first being that she prevents both
players from Special Summoning any monsters.
Preventing your opponent from
Special Summoning monsters, especially in this
Format, is a very good thing.
However, being prevented from Special
Summoning monsters yourself, is a very bad thing.
Secondly, when flipped face-up,
Fossil Dyna Pachycephalo destroys all Special
Summoned monsters on the Field.
This could also effect you negatively, but a
smart player would strategically use this when it
wouldn't hurt them at all.
Hell, a smart player wouldn't use this at
all.
