Blazewing Butterfly is our Gemini for today, and
this might be one Gemini monster to go ahead and
think about using...that is, of course, if you are
all ready playing a Gemini Deck, as he obviously has
no place anywhere else.
After second summoning our blazing friend here, you
can tribute this Insect to the Graveyard to Special
Summon a different Gemini monster from your
Graveyard who all ready has its second summoend
effect.
Right now, there aren't that many Gemini monsters,
let alone good ones, and it really isn't too solid
of a decktype yet. If some of those problems can be
worked out, than this guy could take hold, at least
in the Deck.

Blazewing Butterfly
This guy makes Geminis almost playable. It allows
you to tribute it while face up on the field in
order to Special Summon a Gemini from your graveyard
with it's effect turned on. The problem with this is
that it itself is a Gemini, requiring you to use
your Normal Summon in order to even get it eligible
to activate it's effect. It is searchable by UFO
Turtle, but it is just not worth the effort to play
Gemini monsters other than Il Blud and Doom Shaman.
If we get more effect monsters that help the Gemini
cards as a theme, then they are stuck in the annals
of mediocrity.

Blazewing Butterfly
This card supports all Gemini monsters which
is excellent for them, but again, isn't worth
our time and effort to use unless running some
mad Gemini deck with Chtonian Emperor Dragons or
the King Pyron Burn Deck.

i think i've
just about caught up. phew! i know it looks
like its going to be 'forgotten crappy themes'
week, or 'gemini week,' but fridays is going to
be good.
so blazewing
butterfly is a cool idea for geminis, but the
second summon throws if off. i guess if you're
going to run geminis, run this. good gemini
support, but geminis are so bad that this card
sadly gets shunted off to the side with a
measilly 1/5 in all. good concept though, and
geminis need it. cool art though. oh and by the
way, i know i'm writing short reviews; but when
i cant think of anything else to say, i stop
writing. nothing more.
