Telekinetic Charging Cell is another card that may seem decent, but just doesn't quite cut it this Format. Hell, it's been a rough couple of Formats, with them only becoming faster and more aggressive, and it isn't fair that so many cards aren't getting a chance.

Anyway, this card can only be equipped to a Psychic-type monster. The epuipped monster allows its effects to activate without you paying Lifepoints for them, if the card requires you to. There are some Psychics that this would be advantageous.

However, keeping a random card like this in your Deck hoping to draw it, and/or the right monster just doesn't work. It's all about Card Advantage, not holding a (semi) useless card(s) in your Hand.

General Zorpa Telekinetic Charging Cell

Wow, this card has a million and one uses. You can get an unlimited number of blocks with Krebons, mill through your entire deck of Psychic monsters with Mind Master and infinite protection with Thought Ruler Archfiend. Certainly a nice addition to the Psychic lineup, and certainly one of the reasons that the all Psychic deck is almost viable. However, it kinda does too little. If it was able to protect the equipped monster from dying from destruction, that would be awesome.

The combos with this card are pretty cool, as you can build an Exodia deck using this and Mind Master as well as tons of Draw and deck thin cards in order to get to the Exodia Win fairly easily. In fact, I am going to proxy the deck, as it holds promise for being a cheap alternative to some tier 2 decks.

No paying for any of the Psychic monsters effects makes Krebons the ultimate defense wall. Although you don't have to pay any life point costs with the monsters, there is still a cost with the Telekinetic Charging Cell if chosen to. We don't have enough good Psychic monsters to make a good theme Psychic deck yet, but this doesn't increase the attack of the monster, which would have been a nice thing. Equip spell cards are ancient history anyways now, almost nobody uses them.
