Twin-Barrel Dragon is a Super
Rare because...?Someone fill in the blank there.I see Blowback Dragon blowing this card out
of the water...no pun intended.Hell, I think Barrel Dragon is better than
this card.
Why?Blowback Dragon and Barrel Dragon can both
use their effects multiple times...as opposed to
this, where Twin-Barrel Dragon only can use the
effect once, when summoned. You toss a coin twice, and if both results
are heads, you destroy the chosen card.
I'm just not a fan of this card,
at all.
We have a Dark monster (good) and a Machine (also
good) with 1700 atk (respectable) and 200 def
(terrible).A member of the Barrel family that can be
left in the trade binder.

Twin Barrel Dragon
The latest version of the Barrel Dragon Series of
cards. This one is the level 4 version. Unlike his
big brothers you get his effect only once upon his
summon. DARK Machine is pretty good though, as it
can Chimeratech pretty well as well as taking
advantage of the good DARK stuff.
All in all a meh card. I would rather use Reflect
Bounder in a Machine deck. Same stats, but a more
disruptive effect. The art is pretty sweet though.

Pros:
1700 4-Star DARK Machine
Potential spot removal
Cons:
Lack of consistency
A deck it would fit well in
Looks like we have another member of the Gun Dragon
family. Unfortunately, he's outshined by his older
brother Blowback Dragon. Blowback has to get heads
2/3 times and can be used once per turn while
Twin-Barrel has to get heads 2/2 times only when
it's summoned. It's a DARK/Machine Level 4 1700ATK
which makes it at least somewhat solid of a choice
for machine decks though they've lost most of the
power the used to have.

Twin Barrel Dragon
I have not too much to say about this card other
than the fact that it was created way too late in
the course of the game. Had this card been out
pre-Snipe Hunter during the era when machine beats
was reigning, it would've been a decent pick. We
have snipe hunter, which is far more versatile as it
is searchable and has a better chance of destroying
and opponent's card. Granted, Snipe Hunter's effect
does have a cost, that is almost negligable when
considering that it would have greater chances at
getting the job done.
Casual Advanced: 1/5 Lots of better choices for
removal, even when playing for fun. Could be good in
a machine deck.
Competitive Advanced: 0.5/5 Effect only happens when
summoned and isnt even sure-fire.

Rare
One of the smallest of
the new psychic monsters. Like other psychic
monsters he needs you to pay life points to
activate his effect. Basically you tribute a
psychic monster to get out any other psychic
you want. So far this tells you that Mind
Master would work best around its own deck.
You can tribute a psychic to bring out
another one, use their effect and then bring
out another one since it doesn't say once
per turn.
Its attack power isn't
that great, so you will most likely need to
summon it after you already have a psychic
on the field to use its effect. If you plan
on using its effect when it is first
summoned or flip summoned, you will need
some defense to protect it or you will be
taking over one thousand damage next turn.
It is also a tuner, which can help you
summon Magical Android or Thought Ruler
Archfiend. In the current format it wouldn't
be able to stand up to the power and speed
decks are generating right now.

Today’s card up for review is Twin Barrel
Dragon. Yet another coin flipping, monster nuking
monster eh? The upside for this, is this is the only
monster to my knowledge with an effect anything like
this for a no tribute monster. The downside, is that
both of your results has to be heads for it to go
off. Most likely, this guy will get killed next turn
in the metagame that we have right now, so I
personally do not see him doing too much good at the
moment. If you have some lady luck on your side, try
the card out for fun
