Shield Warrior is an interesting
little Rare card we are looking at today.
Shield Warrior is Level 3 with 800 atk (craptacular)
and 1600 def (could be worse) who is a Warrior of
the Earth attribute family.
Now, during Damage Calculation,
if this card exists in your Graveyard, you can
remove it from play to prevent monsters you control
from being destroyed by Battle during the current
turn.
It certainly could be a handy ability.
You will still lose Lifepoints if
your monster(s) are in attack position, but you may
need them next turn to tribute or do something you
couldn't have done in the previous turn.
He has some potential folks.

Wow, hurricane whatshisface just
came in and the tornados spiraling off are making it
rain HARD. I got to walk in it. IT WAS
AWESOME!!!!!!! Oh yeah, this is a CotD. Uh...shield
warrior is a cool name, but it's not that good.
Maybe if necro gardna, waboku, threatening roar,
negate attack, shrink, marshmallon, spirit reaper,
sakuretsu armor, widespread ruin, and mirror force
all got banned at once, it might work. Until then...
