FalchionB (or whatever that is suppose to be) is a rocketship...I mean a Level 4, Light attributed, Machine monster with 1200 attack, and 800 defense, not so great stats on a monster sporting Level 4...

Now, we have a couple of effects here, but we have a big drawback from the beginning, in that you can only activate either effect if Falchion (as I'm calling him) destroys a monster by Battle. With only 1200 attack, that probably isn't happening often.

You can either send a Light attribute Machine monster with 1200 or less attack from the Deck to the Graveyard, or Special Summon one Machine monster of the aforementioned Light attribute from your Graveyard...so it's a combo card...kinda, with itself? The only monster that even comes to mind here is itself, or Gradius. I didn't check, I had no interest...

I almost feel bad for being so rough on yesterday's card...

Today’s card up for review is Falchion Beta. At this time, you wouldn’t find many monsters that you can dump/revive with his effect, but you can pitch/get the following: Cyber Valley/Tuningware, or even Roulette Barrel? Those are sadly your only options to use with this card, Besides the lack of support, let’s look at the one big Brightside. You can use Honest and Limiter Removal on it. If more Light Machines get released, then I would like this card more

Falchionβ ...

Well this card i would call "talent without the execution" ... It's light ... its a Machine ... both fine things to be. And it has the benefit of 2 effects to choose from, both of which are very good. However, the only real drawback is its weak attack. 1200? That aint gonna destroy all that much in battle these days ... Sure, it can benefit from various support mechanisms ... Shrink, Honest, ... yadda, yadda, whatever ... but Falchion just doesnt carry enough weight on its own to be worth investing in ... and it would NEED its own deck around it to see what it can do. If it was just 300 ATK points higher, we could really have something here ... but alas ... We're left with a nice idea that will never have a payoff.

Tuesday folks, and we're looking at yet another odd ball card that supports Victory Viper XX03. I hate to be one to complain or even look like it but really? Gradius support cards didnt work and so far the Victory Viper support hasn't done much, even though its what, two cards currently? Now there are some plus sides to these cards, they are all light attributed and light based. Honest is a big thing here. A lot of players would probably also tech in Cyber Valley and Cyber Phoenix, with monster protection like Shrink. Falchionβ is rather unique however. Honestly I see it as a faster but not too fast way of pulling Victory Viper from the deck and summoning it out. Being 1200 attack however, if you can manage to dump two Falchionβ to the graveyard, with say something like Foolish Burial, you could attack with the first Falchionβ, summon another Falchionβ back and do the same with the last Falchionβ. In a way it'd be like Hydrogeddon from the graveyard with lower attack. This also brings up another popular light monster that is never used, Blue Thunder T-45. Seeing as how Victory Viper and all of its support need to destroy cards in battle, Blue Thunder T-45 and Helping Robo for Combat are rather decent ideas for a deck based on Victory Viper. While they may not be targets for Viper's support cards, they cant contribute to the deck. Who doesn't like free tokens? Who doesn't like a draw 1 card version of Crystal Seer in light attribute machine form with better stats? Falchionβ has some "unique" ways to use it so whos to say support for Victory Viper wont make the deck actually good.
