During each of
your End Phases, destroy this card unless you send 1

Koa'Ki Meiru Gravirose, an excellent little Ultra
Rare, who completely disrupts the entire Koa'Ki
Meiru theme, but more on that in a little while. We
have a Level 4 Plant monster who is of the Fire
attribute (doesn't Fire destroy most plants???) with
1900 attack and 1300 defense.
First, why does this disrupt the Koa'ki Meiru theme?
Well, this Koa'ki Meiru pretty much belongs in a
Plant Deck, and only a Plant Deck, where at least
some of the other Koa'ki Meiru monsters are
reasonably splashable, this one you will probably
never find outside of a Plant Deck.
Now, as per usual, destroy this card during your End
Phase unless you send one "Iron Core of Koa'ki Meiru"
from your Hand to the Graveyard or reveal a
Plant-type monster in your Hand. During your End
Phase you can send one Level 3 or lower monster from
your Deck to your Graveyard.
This is excellent support and adds great speed to an
all ready feisty Plant Deck. Dumping all these
monsters into the Plant Graveyard just fuels other
combos, possible Synchro Summons, and helps Black
Garden Decks. A great Plant card, seriously.

Koa'ki Meiru Gravirose
...
This thing suffers the curse of being a Koa'ki Meiru
... otherwise, it would have actually been pretty
excellent. That being said, Gravirose is still very
good. 1900 ATK on a level 4 monster is awesome.
Plants are pretty respectable as of late and this
gives nice boost to their population. Fire? ... I
gotta tell ya - i LIKE it too. And the effect
dumping a level 3 or lower monster from your deck to
the grave is simply too sick for words. i dont even
need to EXPLAIN why ... although if Gravirose was a
DARK monster, she'd be even that much MORE insane.
But, alas ... like i said - her Koa'ki Meiru
upbringing and maintenance cost kinda spoils her
some. Koa'ki Meiru deck??? Forget about it. Dark
Plants? - u might have something here.

Wednesday, middle of
the week ya'll, but seriously, its Wednesday and a
new day brings a new card review. Today's card is
mini-Tytannial, Koa'ki Meiru Gravirose, a Plant-Type
monster in the Koa'ki Meiru series with a solid
attack base of 1900 while the defense is rather
lacking. Like all Koa'ki Meiru monsters you have to
send an Iron Core or reveal some sort of type of
monster based on the Koa'ki Meiru monsters type,
which in this case is Plant-Type. This should be
fairly obvious, so we'll move on to her other
effect. During each of your Standby Phases, you can
send a level 3 or lower monster from your deck to
the graveyard. Wow, there are a ton of awesome
targets for this. Dandylion, Lonefire Blossom, any
level 2 monster if your deck runs Junk Synchrons,
heck Gravirose can even send Treeborn Frog to the
graveyard, and since it'd still be the Standby
Phase, you'd be able to special summon it. Dandylion
and Lonefire Blossom as well as probably Copy Plant
and Nettles are amazing targets, seeing as how there
are many ways to bring them back, mainly Gigaplant
and Miracle Fertilizer. Being able to dump them and
more than likely bring them back in the same turn,
its pretty sweet. Im sure we may see some plant
decks at the upcoming Shonen Jump in Orlando I
believe it is as well as other various decks now
that this format has drastically changed from the
last format.
